We are SUPER HOST (at Airbnb). Relax with the whole family at this charming 3 bedroom/2 bath Seattle house. It is conveniently located near all amenities and public transportation. Quiet neighborhood and only 5 minute walk to the light rail (which runs from the airport all the way into Seattle), 20 minute walk to Columbia City.
The space was efficient for what we needed. The response was quick when we needed something. The only suggestion I would make is to let your quests know there are ants that crawl all over the kitchen counters if fruit is laid out.
This was a great location for getting around to different areas in Washington. The stop for the train was a short walk away which makes getting into Seattle great.
We had multiple reservations in the city that weekend and wanted a low key place to chill in our down time. This place checked all the boxes and would definitely recommend. Thank you!
This house was perfect for our familyâs needs during our 6 day stay in Seattle. Every inch of the house was designed with thought, the beds were extremely comfortable, the layout and living areas made sure everyone had their space and the driveway to park the car after a long day was incredible!
Thank you for sharing this property with us!
The house was very nice and cozy. My family and I attended a concert at Lumen Field and the Railway was two blocks away and took us to the field, it was very easy access.
Place was dirty, couch so nasty. Couldnât even sit on it to watch the only TV in the house. Home in the floor with black tape on it. The chairs at kitchen table were about to fall apart. So it was a struggle to sit and have conversations with my family that meet me there from Alaska.
We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The house we rented was great for our needs. It was clean and we loved having a kitchen. We decided not to rent a car and one of the reasons we picked this house was how close it was to the train station. It was perfect! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the train and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Seattle.
Nhatâs home is clean, conveniently located, and provides highly coveted off-street parking. The home is set up well for a couple. If you are bringing a group larger than two (we had 6), plan on bringing extra supplies. Some items were in disrepair when we arrived and a few were fixed/replaced but others were not. The smart TV is very old and the screen has significant burn-in. You will need to bring your own antenna and/or plug in a device with the provided HDMI cable to get anything besides Netflix, Amazon prime or YouTube. A Keurig was provided, not a coffee grinder as stated in the description. With a little TLC, this home could be a five star rental and I am hopeful that these items are fixed for future guests, as Nhat is a pretty nice guy!
Host very responsive and accommodating. Nice house, and close to light rail. Neighborhood is rough though. We didn't have any issues just not the greatest area.
We had a great stay while in Seattle. The train is close by if you choose to use it to get downtown. Parking in town can get spendy. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. My only complaint would be that there was no dishwasher soap or trash bags but no huge deal. I went and purchased some and left at the house. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again. Thank you!
I had difficulty getting into the house. Owner was very responsive to reset the code so we could access the house.
Double bed with bunk was extremely uncomfortable for an adult. Dishwasher rack is broken, coffee pot needs to be descaled, and filter on microwave needs to be changed. Furniture in living area is not comfortable.
The wrong name was on the welcome sign, no welcome book, or instructions. TV was not connected to internet.

Some problems-
Overall a good stay-however, the couch is advertised as a double futon. It was dirty and no linens were provided for it. One of our party spent uncomfortable nights with only blankets, no sheets, pillows or pillow cases. Also, the wi-fi went down and we had no way to contact the host. No emergency phone number was provided. The house itself was very clean and the kitchen was well organized.
Overall the house was clean and very nice. Outside had tall grass and lots of weeds so not very presentable. We contacted our host prior to arriving (several weeks I believe) and asked if we could drop our luggage off early even though we could not check in yet (we werenât renting a car for our short stay in Seattle and our flight arrival was early). We were granted permission but no details of where to put it what time was okay ect. (Partly my fault for not following up with those questions prior to arrival). We arrive at 9 am to the airport contact him via the VRBO app. No response for hours. Even text his phone number listed. Also by this time we had not received the check in instructions like it states that we would 3 days prior either. We contact VRBO to see if they can help. They then reach out to him and he the messages me back.
We still never received check in instructions (code to the door) until after I had to ask again.
Again house overall clean. No wash cloths for guest and if you are sharing a bed with someone you get 1 flat pillow each!
My nephew left his wallet. The host responded quickly after I messaged him about it and they had it at their office. We were already on our cruise ship and would be for 7 days. Our flight was early when we arrived back so trying to go get it would be impossible. Our host was kind enough to mail it back to my nephew. So thank you for that!
We really enjoyed staying here. The home was in a lovely neighborhood, was clean and comfortable, just a short walk to the light rail which allowed us easy access to the city, and was spacious for our family of 6. Going across the light rail tracks to access the grocery store in the evening hours is not recommended as homeless and drug addicts abound. Iâd stay here again but be sure to be home early.
