Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a feeling of welcome. The living area is cozy and has a TV to host a movie night or catch up on favorite shows. Hobby chefs will enjoy preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen with a breakfast bar. TVs are provided in every bedroom for private viewing and ultimate comfort! Don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen in the roomy shower.

The entire condo as a whole appeared clean, was quiet, good experience. The pool was a little cold as it is not heated, but appeared to be in good condition. The shops nearby are like any tourist area, same shops same products similar prices. Our specific condo was not very clean and had some maintenance issues. They did ask if we needed someone to come by for maintenance, the local property manager messaged asking if we needed anything fixed while we were there on Sunday (Saturday to Thursday) and I said a handle to the dryer would be nice if possible and never even got a response back. Will be back to gild shores eventually (but not during fall break) and not to this condo. Gave a 2 star rating for all the issues we found with uncleanliness, lack of communication on supplies they left (found them the day we left) and they couldn’t even tell us where the beach access for us was. Attached are photos of the maintenance and dirtiness we ran into while staying. Noticed trash left in a bedside drawer from previous renters on day we were leaving. They definitely need to hire a professional cleaner.

Small but cozy

Condo was nice. Construction was going on..had no parking for my unit and no free spaces due to construction, so we had to park in other numbered spaces. Condo could use some pot holders, i bought ice trays and left them because there were none for ice.Overall it was good.

Great location, cute condo

The condo was well stocked, very clean, close to the beach but smaller than it looks in pictures. We had to call the rental company because our wifi went out, their solution was for me to call the local internet company. I had to take time out of my vacation to be put on hold, I feel like the company should have called and figured it out then called me back. BTW, it was a light switch! The router is plugged in and the light switch controls it. There was no label to indicate to keep that on. Very frustrating when you have 2 boys that want to use their ipads, and we couldn't watch TV either. Overall, it was a good space and great location. Just need a label on that switch.

Gulf enjoyment!

We really liked our location. The grounds were nice. Took advantage of things to do as well as beautiful beaches. We had some difficulty a few days in with unlocking the door. The code is much too long. People we talked to there only had 4 digit codes & no issues. That could be made easier. Also there was supposed to be Wi-Fi and Vacasa had no solution. Someone else commented on the very uncomfortable sofa which is new but is really extremely hard. That was unfortunate since that was the only seating besides one easy chair. Kitchen and coffee bar nicely set up. I only had to request more forks since there were only 4 and an additional kitchen towel. Vacasa did drop off the above and the additional trash bags we were missing. All in all a nice place to stay and enjoy what Gulf Shores has to offer.

Great location!

Perfect for what we wanted

This property was just what we needed! The pool was nice, location was good, the unit was updated and clean. My only real complaint is the parking spot for our unit was uncovered and as far away from the elevators as possible. It was miserably hot and every time we got in the car we melted.

Girl trip

Most everything met expectations. Sink in master bath drains very slowly, even after maintenance call. Extra pillows had no pillowcases available. Pool was noisy until well past 10 pm. Have to cross busy street without crosswalk to get to beach.

Enjoyed our stay!

Me and my two kids stayed here a few days ago and was very pleased with the condo. The walk to the beach is an easy walk. Our place was nice and clean. Check in was a breeze and the pool was nice. Had an issue with some people in the parking lot and at the pool acting like fools but that was the only issue I had with my stay. I will definitely be staying here next summer!

Sea Breeze 312

More than 100% please with our stay at Sea Breeze unit 312. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers and we were very comfortable in the condo. Tastefully decorated in a beach motif. Location excellent. Directly across from the Gulf. Located 2 miles from any type of major shopping center. Not congested with traffic around the complex. Easy access to walking and biking trails. A+
