Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and one block to the beach. Main floor has bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. Loft has king size bed. 2nd bedroom is connected to the loft with two twin size beds and a bathroom. Living room, loft and 2nd bedroom each have a tv. Unit has wifi, cable and smart tvs. Walking distance to everything!
**There is a spiral staircase leading from the main floor to the loft and 2nd bedroom.** The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and pocket doors. There is a bathroom on the main floor as well, accessible from the kitchen and main floor bedroom. The loft has a king size bed and is open to the living room below. There is a 2nd bedroom connected to the loft with a bathroom and 2 twin beds. There is a sofabed in the living room.
Guests will be able to access all spaces within the condo, except for the owner's closet located in the bedroom upstairs. The pool and bbq areas are communal and available to all guests. There is direct access to Little Lagoon available to all guests, as well.

Located in a three-building complex with communal pool, outdoor BBQ area, and direct Little Lagoon access w/boat launch. Next door to Pier 33 - Gulf Shores' favorite convenience store/market for all your daily needs. Less than 1/2 mile to public beach access and Bahama Bob's; 0.8 miles to The Beach House. Only 1 mile to HWY 59, the Hangout, and the Pink Pony.
There is only 1 designated park spot available for guests of The Cove 212A. The complex enforces this policy to make sure all guests, including you, have access to your designated parking spot. The parking spot is located directly below 212A on ground level.
There is NO elevator to the unit. The unit is located on the 3rd floor after two flights of stairs. There is also a spiral staircase inside the unit.
