Villa LaVista overlooks the valley from the peaceful Western Hills Estates in Yucca Valley. Enjoy a panoramic view of the rolling mountains and natural landscape with your back to the hundreds of boulders, a complete privacy oasis with mini-golf, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor shower.

Our home is minutes away from Pappy+ Harriet's, downtown shops, and a 20 minutes drive to the west entrance of JTNP.

As you enter Villa LaVista, you are welcomed by a fully furnished, spacious living room that is equipped with a fireplace. The home features large tile flooring throughout the space and newly installed custom dual-pane windows; designed to maximize all its area and draw in plenty of natural light. The living room boasts a large 70-inch TV where you can stream your favorite show from Hulu, Disney+. You can even catch a sport event on our ESPN+. A guitar to play your favorite tune and a telescope to see your favorite stars; making it the perfect place to wind down after a day to explore Joshua Tree National Park. Our large sectional sofa seats up to 8 people comfortably, and convertible into a nice, cozy sofa bed to rest at night.

Joined with the living room is the dining area and a large kitchen, equipped with plenty of cabinets and a generous amount of countertop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, built-in microwave, and a Lavazza Espresso machine, providing guests ample room to cook and eat.

Each bedroom boasts plenty of space and unique design, with each of the beds supported by a queen-sized hybrid mattress. Between the bedrooms lies a guest bathroom equipped with both a jetted bathtub and shower. The master suite sports a large 58-inch TV, a ceiling fan, and huge walk-in closet. The bedroom is joined by a tile-floored master bathroom, complete with a dual vanity with tile countertops, a jetted bathtub for 2, and a walk-in shower, and beyond a sliding glass door, you will find a covered patio area with a lovely seating arrangement.

Surrounding the house is a spacious yard that is thoroughly fenced for privacy. The space also offers a small golf turf and accessories for games away from home. Outfitted with a fire pit, a large, covered lounge area, patio heater, and several outdoor amenities such as an open shower with both hot and cold water, hot tub and grill, guests can find comfort and fun outside even under the sun and moon.
