After a great day on the water, our private dock in a no wake zone offers multiple tie-ups for boats up to 60ft. Situated near the historic Ironton Ferry on the Charlevoix side, it's a short drive to Charlevoix.

Inspired by the French countryside, this home was lovingly built with custom high-end details in every room to offer complete relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The home has cable TV and is air-conditioned for your comfort and Wi-fi enabled for all of your remote work or virtual schooling needs.

The beautiful custom kitchen features high-quality, built-in appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space for preparing your favorite meals. A gas Weber grill is easily accessible for outdoor cooking. Enjoy a cup of coffee and gather around the spacious sit-in island. Soak in lake views while making a drink at the wet bar in the great room. Abundant natural light and open sightlines make this an ideal home to enjoy with your guests. The main living area has cathedral ceilings and cherry hardwood floors throughout, a large sitting area surrounding a gas fireplace and flat screen TV, all overlooking Lake Charlevoix. A separate laundry room has complimentary beach towels and extra linens.

The home sleeps 8, with a total of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths plus a pullout sofa in the living room. All 3 bedrooms have TVs. The main master suite features a king bed, stunning lake views with patio entrance, a seating area, large en suite with custom open shower, and large walk-in closet. The other large master suite also has a beautiful lake view, king bed, large ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and private patio access. The third bedroom has a queen bed, en suite with shower, and lake view with private patio access. There is also a queen size pullout sofa in the living room.

Spacious grounds offer several outdoor amenities that include the following: 91) a spectacular T-shaped dock with deep-water tie-ups that can accommodate multiple boats up to 60', so your boat can stay in the water for the duration of your stay (2) a spacious patio with lots of outdoor seating, with both patio and chaise lounge chairs (3) patio overlooks a large yard on which to play lawn games like badminton, croquet or cornhole, all of which are available for your use (4) beach fire pit area surrounded by Adirondack chairs (5) Weber gas grill with a table and seating to relax while you cook outdoors (6) Two adult kayaks and one canoe are available for your use.

The Ironton Public Boat Launch is conveniently located just north of the Ironton Ferry. Boats, jet-skis, kayaks, tubes, and paddleboards are for rent at Summertime Rentals located at South Arm Marina, on M-66 East Jordan.

The Landing Restaurant is just a short walk to enjoy dockside dining and cocktails. Their menu features quality seafood, Great Lakes fresh-water fish and also offers the classics like burgers and nachos.

The historic Ironton Ferry is a cable ferry taking passengers across Lake Charlevoix. In 1936 the ferry received national attention when “Ripley’s Believe It or Not!” listed Ironton Ferry Captain Sam Alexander for traveling 15,000 miles while never being more than 1,000 feet from his home. By the time he retired, it was estimated that Captain Alexander had traveled the distance around the world.
