Spa on Port Royal is the best stay

We fell in love with this little perfect hideaway last year. Some things are outdated but it’s such a great place. Full of things to do and the views are amazing for a sunrise. It’s our favorite little place. And so full of history ( explore around and see) definitely will be back.

Nice stay!

The place was very nice and vacasa was helpful with any issues we may have had. The complex was very quiet and clean. The pools were nice. If you're looking for super easy access to a beautiful beach, this is not the place to stay. The beach is a little walk and it's not a white sandy beach. Very cool to go explore and look for critters and birds though! The nicer beaches are just about 10 minutes away! Definitely would recommend if you're wanting a quiet and easy going place to stay.

Spa on Port Royal Sound, Hilton Head

Loved the quietness of the area vs. the congestion in the Coligny area. Loved the scenery and that there were three pools on the property, as well as being able to walk on the beach. For swimming, we preferred other beaches which were close by.

Nice stay

Condo was as advertised. We liked the interesting beach. Pretty grounds. Local contact very responsive to questions. A few small issues - no hangers in the closets, kitchen a little sparsely furnished (no teakettle and stoneware heated up a lot in the microwave, only one saucepan and it was big), footsteps from upstairs very noticeable. We stayed a month and cooked in most meals.

3106 Unit

Upon arrival we were baffled at the smell of stale cigarettes and mold and mildew. The smell was so bad we didn’t know if we would stay. Because of spring break there weren’t any vacancies. I purchased a candle and smoke eliminator which I left there for future guest to use because the smell was so bad. The floors are rotting underneath and the master shower was molded and the property manager had to replace the shower liner. The queen mattress needs to be replaced soon. The beach is very close to oyster beds and fluff mud. We were highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend not only this unit but the entire property.

Nicely decorated , clean condo

Nicely decorated, fully stocked, clean condo. We enjoyed swimming in the 3 pools, playing at the tennis court and hanging out at the private beach. The beach was not what I was expecting , but the shallow water and small waves ended up being nice for our young kids. It is also easy to drive to other local beaches if you want larger waves/typical tourist beach experience.

1st half of 2 part vacation

Great property, clean. The condo was well decorated and updated with whatever essentials you'd need. Check in and out process was very simple and convenient. The only drawbacks were that the mattresses were WAY too firm for our preferences. Also, the privately accessed Beach from the community isn't the type of beach we had in mind. It was very muddy and just not what we were looking for. (That's no reflection on the unit itself, however) There are several other maintained beaches within reasonable driving distance that fit the bill nicely.

Great apot

This condo was a perfect spot for my daughters family visiting me in in HH. The amenities are great- indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, & beach access. This condo is well decorated & was easy to check in/check out.

GREAT Get-AWay!

This trip was wonderful and just the recharge we needed. The condo was fully stocked with everything one could need, and the private beach was so fun to play at when the tide was low. We found tons of shells and treasures. Can’t wait to come back!
