Welcome to Five-O at Snow! Beautifully located just minutes from the ski slopes and 12 minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain, this Chalet at Historic Snowbridge has so much to offer. Discover the Scenic Caves, 30km Georgian Trail, Scandinave Spa, beautiful beaches and blue waters of Georgian Bay, and of course Downtown Collingwood with its wonderful restaurants, historic buildings and quaint shops nearby. A perfect place for families, couples, or friends to make memories!
The space Thoughtful design details, wall art and a carefully curated palette of colours and textures make you feel instantly at home at Five-O. The inviting ground-floor unit welcomes guests with a spacious foyer, plenty of closet space and a powder room in the front hall. Wi-fi keeps you as connected as you choose to be to social media, news and Netflix.
After a day on the slopes, you can relax and unwind in the cozy lower level entertainment room. There`s plenty of comfortable seating, a great selection of board games and even a ping pong table to enjoy with the people you care about -plus a treadmill!
Kitchen The large open concept kitchen features a spacious island to prepare and enjoy your meals, and is a great place for your morning coffee and casual breakfast. There is plenty of cupboard space for easy storage, and all of your cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Coffee, cooking oils, and spices are provided in the kitchen! Modern stainless steel appliances include a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining room with its 6 place dining table and mirrored wall décor is the perfect place for your special meal.
Living Room Make memories, enjoy conversation and quality time in the open concept great room. Stylish furnishings, comfortable lounge chairs and couches, curated light fixtures and plenty of natural light make this a refreshing place to gather around the fire or to enjoy a movie at the end of the night. When you would like to enjoy the fresh air, step outside the sliding glass doors to the backyard with its decorated patio, and enjoy a BBQ surrounded by greenery in the Blue Mountain breeze.
Bedrooms Each of the bedrooms at Five-O features crisp linens, natural light and beautiful décor. Enjoy the luxury of the primary bedroom with its Queen bed, large modern ensuite bathroom and large windows. The kids will love the double over double bunk bed in the secondary bedroom with its bright red accent wall, and a second Queen bed provided in the third bedroom, filled with light from the front facing windows. Just down the hall you will find a full bathroom with side by side vanity. For additional sleeping, there is a Twin rollaway bed in the Master closet when needed.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Other things to note There are two dedicated parking spaces with guest parking in the complex based on first come, first serve.
The resort shuttle is provided as an alternative mode of transportation around the resort. Five-0 at Snow guests can enjoy route servicing as well as an on demand service 365 days per year.
The pool is typically open from the first week of June until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you`re curious about the pool being open!
The hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for general swim. Adult-only swim is available 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to dusk.
If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.
STA License No: LCSTR20220000065 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

This has got to be one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Blue. Modern. Bedrooms were real nice. Kitchen, dining and living room all very nicely put together. Loved having a garage to store our ski equipment. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing !!
Lovely home, our 10 and 14 yr old grandchildren loved having independence in this large home to hang out and play. Relaxing for the adults as the kids were on another floor !

Couple of days of fun in the snow
We had a great time at this home! Very convenient and all the amenities one would need. Close to the village- would be an easy walk in the summer. House was really clean and had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked for all cooking needs. House lay out made to feel very roomy and comfortable.

House has everything you will need for a week stay, just bring food and the norms. East access to everything but a bit of a walk to the village if you have young ones . We drove in each time . Briallant time , weather worked for us also!!

Perfect 3 bedroom condo townhouse
So much thought had gone into making our stay very enjoyable. This condo was extremely well appointed!! The kitchen was very well equipped with many dishes, pots and pans as well as many essential staples. For example the high end coffee maker came with ground coffee and Keurig pods. There were many family board games as well as a supply of ping-pong paddles and balls.
Really appreciated that your linens were scent free.
My only constructive comment would be to add in the advertising list of amenities that the swimming pool was not available during the winter months.

Great Location in Quiet Community - Spacious!
The property was quite nice and modern in it's decor. The open concept of the main floor was appealing as everyone could socialize in one area very easily. We enjoyed our stay although have a few suggestions to the property owners;
- it would have been nice to have some basic cleaning supplies to keep the house clean during and after our stay (dry cloth Swiffer, VIM, Lysol)
- more spare garbage bags for both kitchen and bathrooms
- recycle bin or blue recycle bags as it was difficult to carry over items and to store them prior to taking to main deposit area
- Audit your cleaners - used coffee grounds left in coffee maker; items left in laundry room; items found in couch (childs toy) and in cabinet (seemed to be from a bachelor/bachelorette party) from previous guests; buildup of dust under beds and side tables in master bedroom.
Regarding accuracy of the property, it states dining table for 8 but it was only 6 (seems a leaf was removed to make it smaller) and the 2 bedrooms without the bunk beds were not Queen, but rather double beds - not a huge deal to me however may be for a couple if someone or both are on the larger size.
We did not use the backyard as hoped as there was only one lounger-we were advised that the previous renter broke the other one.
The listing also says "hand written" thankyou note, but we did not see one but did read in the book from previous renters that they received a thank you "gift"
Although none of this would stop me from staying here again!

Gem in Blue Mountain
This property is fabulous! Every room is beautifully decorated with style and warmth. The many thoughtful personal touches that are provided, beginning with the lovely welcome basket, instantly made us feel at home and cared for. The townhome is also festively decorated for Christmas - walking into a space filled with lights and garlands felt magical. We have stayed at the Westin and Living Waters several times over the years but have found our new favourite home away from home, very close to the mountain, in a lovely picturesque community, when visiting our extended family in Collingwood. We will be back and highly recommend this property! Thanks for everything!

last minute security deposit was a messy deal. Once the property is booked and paid for, it should be as easy as checking in to a hotel and not followed by a secondary process where the website did not work properly and needed on-site help
