Less than a 10-minute stroll to the story-book shops and restaurants that keep the village thriving. A perfect 4 seasons retreat, this rental is steps away from skiing, hiking, and just a 5-minute drive to the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay at Northwinds Beach! And it has direct access to the pool!

The Space
Standing at the entrance, the panoramic views of the mountain immediately greet you before heading inside to the space flooded with light. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Modern finishes throughout, complete with fireplace and walk-out deck. Enjoy your home conveniences at your Blue Mountain rental with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, and more! You’ll be surrounded by the captivating Blue Mountain scenery on your walk-out deck. Guests can appreciate the space complete with a BBQ, small table and chairs. The main floor bathroom boasts a contemporary feel with an upgraded stand-in glass shower. The primary bedroom ensuite is complete with a shower and separate soaker tub for guests to enjoy.
Kitchen
You’ll love the open-concept space that allows you to cook while being immersed in the entertainment. With easy access to the deck, complete with BBQ and a dining area with a wooden table, you can enjoy the ease of movement between the rooms. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need, including cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools. All you need to bring is your food, spices and coffee!
Living Room
Sunlight pours into this cozy, cathedral ceiling great room, complete with a brick wall fireplace. The large windows and spacious atmosphere allow 8 to entertain, overlooking the golf course and community pool. Choose between a night-in with the complimentary Wifi & TV or take a stroll to the village for dining or shopping throughout the prominent village.
Bedrooms
This home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a grand primary retreat upstairs, complete with an ensuite and mountain views. The first bedroom on the main floor contains a Queen bed and closet. You’ll wake up to views of the golf course and private community pool for guests and residents to enjoy. The second bedroom has a Double bunk bed along with a Twin Trundle bed, a closet, and a stunning landscape view of the mountains to wake up to every morning. Making your way to the primary suite upstairs, you’re greeted with a generously spacious room complete with King bed, a couch, full ensuite, TV, closet, and heightened mountain views. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access
Note: During the summer months (as long as the beach is open) guests of this unit can access the beach by purchasing a Play All Day Pass (wristband) or Play As You Go ticket at Guest Services in the Blue Mountain Village. Access to the beach can be granted onsite at the beach gate, however, premium pricing will be applied and the beach staff are unable to print a Play All Day wristband. The BMVA shuttle will not take you to this private beach, however, parking is available onsite when you show your pass or ticket.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
