Come stay @ Driftwood on 6th in the heart of Heritage Collingwood downtown. Pet friendly historic home, fully fenced, and backyard, which is perfect for your furry friends.Featuring four bedrooms, 1 king, 3 queen beds. Two full bathrooms. The house is perfect for eight guests but offers a ninth Guest for an additional cost of $90. Top-of-the-line air mattress or couch is provided for additional guest. This professionally fully renovated century home boasts unique minimalistic modern art with all the bells and whistles. Large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee with views of Blue Mountain from the street. Parking for six vehicles on driveway and an extra large backyard fully fenced in. Professionally landscaped with many mature trees and flora/fauna. Wake up to songs of many birds and the hellos from squirrels bunnies and chipmunks. Each space is uniquely designed, while comfort is our main goal to make each guest experience fabulous.
Steps away from the shopping and dining district. A walk or short drive from many unique restaurants, shopping,LCBO,Walmart and other convenience’s. Fall and Winters are spectacular offering many hiking and bike paths, snowshoeing , Scandinavian Spa and a short 10 minutes drive to the majestic slopes of blue mountains among many private slopes for your skiing and snow boarding pleasure. Monthly or seasonal stays available upon request . Sunsets are gorgeous with Sunset Point beach only a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride. Wasaga Beach is a short 15 minute drive. Many other beaches of Georgian Bay surround this centrally located home. Brand new Casino minutes away.
We also welcome your furry friends. Fully fenced backyard with many dog parks nearby. PLEASE NOTE that there is a one time $50 pet fee PER PET for their entire stay. Three pets max.
Driftwood on 6th offers only the finest in luxury linens, down filled duvets as well as plush pillows,towels and toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 modern top of the line appliances and a self serve pantry, Starbucks coffee with Nespresso Virtuoso coffee maker. Coffee pods are provided, of course. Smeg kettle and the list goes on. Please note we offer an extended service of gift baskets, charcuterie boards and a full concierge service at an additional cost.

We had a great stay in Collingwood. The place was exactly as described, clean, well set up, and in a really convenient location close to Blue and town. It worked perfectly for our group with lots of space to hang out.Seema was a great host and truly went above and beyond for us, which made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Rachel and her crew came in to celebrate a mile Stone birthday. We had talked over the past few weeks about having nine guests which are allowed. However as driftwood on sixth has outdoor cameras to make sure that there are the right amount of guests staying, the cameras were turned off after check-in. It is clearly noted, That cameras are located outside and in public spaces for not only the guest stay, but also for driftwood on sixth to keep a record on the amount of guests that are staying at the property or visiting. Please know driftwood on sixth does not allow parties of any sorts for more than be allowable guests staying at the house. Having said this, as the cameras were disconnected by Rachel and her group it caused discrepancies with the household alarm and cameras after checkout. It is clearly reminded that outdoor cameras are for the safety of the property as well as the guest staying at Driftwood on sixth. Other than that, they did leave the house in good order. It may be considered for Rachel and her group to stay at driftwood on sixth at a later date.

The house is beautifully decorated, and the primary bedroom truly feels like a relaxing little oasis. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you need, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Lovely host who was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay overall. The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. You can tell a lot of care went into the space.A couple small things to note for future guests: the home felt a bit cramped at times, especially with quite a few delicate decor items throughout, and the temperature between floors was hard to balance. The upstairs bedrooms became quite warm at night while the main floor bedroom was noticeably colder.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Great place to stay!

Me and my friends had a great time here. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, central location to downtown (we walked to many shops and restaurants), and well-stocked kitchen. If we come back to Collingwood we will definitely consider returning to Driftwood on 6th.

Amazing stay right in Collingwood!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Driftwood on 6th, such a cute place, very clean and with all amenities. We loved that it was only a few minutes walk to many shops and restaurants in Collingwood. Hopefully will be back in future!

Perfect spot for weekend getaway

Group of 5 friends had a lovely stay at this property. Clean, well-equipped, beautiful backyard and tons of character all within walking distance of Collingwood’s lovely downtown area. Perfect!

We had a wonderful getaway. Weather cooperated, backyard was the perfect, quiet refuge, and the interior was beautifully appointed. Coffee on the front balcony started each day. All this might sound trite, but family and friends clicking glasses, dining in and out, visiting the local attractions - doesn’t get better. Thank you Seema.

Nice getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Seema's house for a couple of nights. The house was exceptionally clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard was simply amazing – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Collingwood has been a part of my life since I was very young. I have great and fond memories of coming up to Wasaga Beach and Collingwood throughout my life. Collingwood at South has become my home as it offers tranquility, peace, and lots of wonderful opportunities to grow as your own person. The neighbourhood is super friendly and brings back those old school Canadian values that I grew up with.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Driftwood on sixth is an extremely unique property. It is a Heritage home and One of the first built on sixth Street. The history dates back to the late 1800s. Keeping all the history in mind I have curated a space that Shows the Love and passion that I have for history, keeping a lot of the original features of the home and adding my modern touch through travel and experiences.
