Welcome to The Parker Slopeside at North Creek -your premium loft condo at the base of Blue Mountain! Brought to you by the hosts at The Parker House, this is a calm, beautifully decorated place to relax and recharge on your getaway.
The Space
Walk up the stairs and be received into the open and airy space. Feel the warmth of the luxurious heated floors. Listen to the babbling of the creek on the walkout deck as you enjoy your morning coffee and look out onto the ski hills. Take in all of the thoughtful, curated details placed throughout the space, just for you.
Guests at The Parker Slopeside will enjoy easy access to ski hills and hiking trails as well as the Blue Mountain Village with all of its restaurants, events and amenities. Northcreek Resort offers shared guest amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool for the summer season, hot tub, tennis courts, charcoal grilles and picnic area, and shuttle service on demand.
Kitchen
The open concept kitchen is a functional, beautiful space for cooking and serving meals around the dining table. It comes ready with everything you’ll need, including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with pods, kettle, sugar and tea, toaster, cookware, blender, slow cooker, plates, servingware and cutlery -even cooking oil and a selection of spices and seasonings are provided for our guests.
Living Room
Enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace as you lounge on the big, comfy sectional sofa and stream your favourite shows on the smart TV. Relax and take in the decor as you enjoy a drink after a day on the slopes.
Bedrooms
The Parker Slopeside sleeps 5. The upper loft Bedroom features a queen bed bathed in natural light from the large windows and vaulted ceilings, as well as dedicated closet space. The main floor features a double bed on the main floor and a spacious sectional sofa that can accommodate a 5th guest in the living room. All linens and bedding are provided for your comfort during your stay.
Bathrooms
The main floor offers a full bathroom with glassed-in shower, and the upper loft features a full ensuite bathroom with tub. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash are provided for guests, as well as a hair dryer. Bath towels are provided for our guests.

North Creek Amenities
This unit includes access to the North Creek Resort shared pool (seasonal), hot tub, BBQs, and tennis courts. Coin-operated laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located in the main building #2.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
Other things to note
The is a ski in / ski out unit at the North Base of Blue Mountain.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
