Week at the Beach!

I normally do not leave many reviews, but this condo exceeded my expectations in every way! I was concerned not going directly through Brett Robinson’s group, but check-in, communication, everything was 5 star! The condo was perfect, updated, very well stocked with nice kitchen items, but most importantly, the bed was super comfortable & the bed linens were extra nice (not sand paper the last time I stayed at a Phoenix condo). I will definitely book this unit again! Oh, there were no elevator issues other than maybe a 5 minute wait! Phoenix VII was great!

Our favorite spot on the beach

My family LOVES this condo! It’s always SO clean! The owner is so communicative. Perfect view of Friday night fireworks! Easy on the beach and easy off! 10/10 for us! We will be back every year!

Best friends get away

The condo was super clean and the furniture and layout were amazing. I was over the top impressed with decor. The bedding was super soft and high quality. Very family friendly. No parking or elevator issues. We had a complication with family friend passing and possibly not being able to come. Justin, the host, was very patient in helping us work this out. Hope we can return next year.

Short and Sweet

My little family of 3 stayed at this condo for a short weekend getaway. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated! You can tell a lot of time and thought went into making the place as comfortable as possible. It even smelled great! We will for sure be staying here again as soon as possible.

Awesome listing and beautiful condo

I rented this condo for my parents to enjoy a 60th birthday trip to Orange Beach. Justin was very accommodating and the door code option helped since I was not present to retrieve a key for the unit. My parents let me know that it was a beautiful unit and they would stay again anytime!

Short stay

The condo was very clean and comfortable with comfortable accommodations. The condo overlooks a large pool that was very noisy with a large speaker and amplifier playing music during the day and late at night. It made it very difficult to sit on the balcony. We mostly stayed inside to get away from the noise and music. We were very disappointed because we had hoped to relax and enjoy the beach.

Family weekend get away

We absolutely loved everything about this condo!! Will be back in the future. It was perfect for my small family of 4- kids age 1 & 5. My 5 year old had a blast in the pools & my one year old loved the toddler/baby pool. Great location, cleanliness, & quick elevators!

This unit was very clean, and it had amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable! I appreciated having throw blankets available as the A/C worked very well! We would definitely book this unit again on our next trip!
