Situé au 3ème étage de Phoenix VI à Orange Beach, AL, ce spacieux 1 Bed | 1 condominium Bath peut accueillir quatre personnes avec des équipements merveilleux et une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Phoenix VI est l’un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple avec une petite famille. Il existe de nombreuses activités comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Deux courts de tennis vous attendent à l'extérieur. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue.

Ce condo dispose d'une chambre principale avec lit king size, salle de bain complète avec combinaison douche / baignoire. Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit mis à niveau. La salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes à la table et la salle pour 2 autres personnes au bar. Le salon principal spacieux dispose d'un canapé-lit et de 2 fauteuils pivotants avec une télévision à écran plat ainsi que d'une belle vue sur la plage depuis les portes en verre du sol au plafond. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo.

It was a very nice and quaint condo. It was perfect for my little family. We used the pull out couch for my daughter (more for kids than adults) and had plenty of room for my son’s pack and play. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessities we needed! Would recommend this location and would book it again.

Location was wonderful. The room could have used a deeper clean. The bedroom blanket and sheets didn’t look like they were washed. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. We liked there were beach chairs and toys included, but wish those were advertised so we didn’t bring our own.

We loved the beach view! The unit is really old and needs updating! The bed and pillows are not comfortable! And honestly the place needed a better cleaning! There was built up dirt on all baseboards, and hair literally on the sheets!

Convenient and cozy beach stay.

This property has been updated nicely. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was prompt. The walls are very thin, which wasn’t an issue until our last there. Beautiful view of the beach.

Great condo!

Incredibly hot outside ( near 100) but air con worked great! Only reason I’m not awarding 5 stars is due to really cheap linens (sheets and towels). I will book again though. Overall, great stay!

Very enjoyable

Check in was easy for the email door code. Room was as pictured beautiful view of the beach and the pool . They also had indoor pool and hot tubs that I wasn’t aware of until we got there. My only complaint is they charge 55 dollars to park which wasn’t mentioned until a few days before we left I feel like they should have included that in price or told me before I couldn’t back out

I loved everything about it. It was clean, close to the beach, and had a great pool. My only complaint would be the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable. ⁹

Almost perfect

I went ahead and gave this a 5 star review but the two cleanliness issues that bugged me was the mold on the towel bar inside the shower and crumbs on the sofa bed when we pulled it out. Everything else on the property was clean. So we loved the location of this condo. It was so easy to load our wagon and take our 5 and 3 yo down to the beach daily. The elevator takes you right to the lower level and there is a nice walkway to the beach. The weather was perfect; 70s all week. I loved that there was a bathroom near the pool area, always clean. We ended up adding two extra nights to our stay because we had such a good time! We walked for ice cream one night, there are a couple of parks nearby we would take the boys to after a full day of the beach.

My husband and I had a great stay in this condo! It was just the two of us, but this one bedroom would also be great for a family with 1-2 children because of the pull out couch! The condo was very clean and had a great balcony view of the beach. The location was great and very close to all restaurants in the Orange Beach area. We will definitely be booking again!

The unit is beautiful and very well maintained. This is our second time staying with the renter and they have been very easy to work with. My only complaint with this property is they could do a better job cleaning elevators, windows and doors that go in and out.

Nice Overall

Nice location, nice view. But, I must chime in with other reviews regarding the linen & sofa. The linens & towels were stained, dingy…a bit unnerving when you’re away from home. Whichever company does the cleaning & linen needs to step it up a bit. IF we were to book again we’d bring our own linen, but who wants to do that? And time for an updated sofa. Again, nice overall.

Overall, the condo was nice and served its purpose for our trip. We had a beautiful view and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I would say the cleaning company could have done a better job. Upon arrival, there was hair left in the bathroom drawers. The closet floor was filthy and the extra pillows were stored on the floor of the closet. We did not use them because they were dirty, as well. The extra blanket was crumpled up at the top of the closet so we didn't use it because we weren't sure if it was cleaned or not. Some of the furniture was stained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend bringing your own pillows and blanket for the pullout couch. The blanket was very thin and small and the pillows didn't fit the cases provided. The kitchen could probably use a restock as it was a little sparse (cooking utensils, etc). Good location but this is the second phoenix property I have stayed at with elevators being out of order. The towels could also be a little better quality and a few more provided.

Unit was beautiful. I feel like the cleaning crew needs to inform property owner as things should be “refreshed or replaced” The linens were terrible. There were obvious soiled spots all over the comforter. The towels were stained and falling apart. And the inside shower curtain was nasty- covered in black mold. I ended up pulling comforter off the bed and going to walmart to purchase towels and a blanket.

Stayed entire month of March

Generally good. Cleaning of unit could have been better.Floor was dirty under TV with dust & food debris. Entertainment center was dusty.Bathroom light fixture was loose on the wall and only 2 lights out of 3 worked. One would go on & then off. Toilet needed to be updated. Kitchen garbage can was broken, needs to be replaced. One electrical outlet in kitchen was loose to the wall. The view was great. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen layout was nice & had a great view of the ocean.
