Family Beach Get Away in Beachwalk steps from Lake Michigan!

Large beach house with guest house perfect for family get always. Hang out at the beach all day, use the pool, play tennis and then gather around the huge dining room table for dinner. After dinner relax with s’mores by the fire pit. Visit the Washington Park Zoo, casinos, breweries and wineries close by.
Enter the lake house through the lower level with an inviting sofa, tv, small ping pong table shuffleboard game. There's also a large king bedroom and a full bathroom on this level. Go up the stairs into the large living room with all glass doors over looking Lake Shore Drive, galley kitchen and large dining table. The table is enormous and can seat 12. It is perfect for dinner or a night of playing board games. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a coffee bar with a beverage fridge and wine cooler. There is also another sitting area with 65 inch tv and a powder room. When you go up the stairs to the bedrooms you can choose from the king with an ensuite and a balcony with views of Lake Michigan or one of the queen bedrooms which also have balconies. There is a full bathroom in the hall and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. Climb one more set of stairs and there is a loft area with 5 twin beds for the kids.

The property is located in a resort community. There are fines if rules are broken and the fees will be passed on to the renter.
Quiet time begins at 10pm
Never leave the firepit unattended when there is a fire goings
Replace metal cover before leaving fire pit unattended
No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets
No parties
No bachelor/ bachelorettes or prom parties allowed
No fireworks
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire time
Weekly rentals during peak season from Saturday to Saturday

*Wristbands $18 are required for all guests age 4 and up mid May - September

These fees will be added in as a special fee. Please give a count of number of wristbands needed and cars that will be on the property.
