Golf cart included. A resort fee of $15 per person per stay for those 4 and older is additional charge May 15-september 30th. New construction home on Mary Lane in Beachwalk. 4 Master bedrooms (one on the first floor) ! 8 total bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Large kitchen with huge island. Outdoor fire pit. Parking for 6 cars. Outdoor natural gas grill. 30ft x 10ft screened porch.
Parking passes included in pricing.

Exceptional 8 bed property in Cason Park area. Sleeps 20. Main level has a large open plan kitchen (fully stocked for all your cooking needs) with 2 dining tables seating 16 and breakfast bar seating 4, living room with TV and gas fireplace. There is an outdoor fire pit to the rear. Parking for 6 cars. Rear screened porch with dining table and seating area. (please note golf cart not available due to weather between Oct-April). The beach and pool are a short stroll (5 min walk or less in golf cart). Beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and a roller cooler available for your convenience. Beachwalk amenities include communal pool with splashpad, two fishing piers, basketball court, tennis court (also striped for pickle ball), bocce court, shuffle board, putting green and new playground, kayaks, pedal boats and paddle boards and yoga weekly during the Summer.

This was the perfect spot for our weekend with friends! We had kids from 0-5 years and they loved the park and beach. All 5 families had old fur of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The entire house was clean. We would love to come back!

We loved staying at this house for our family reunion. Each family had enough rooms and bathrooms to spread out. Its location can’t be beat with easy access to the beach as well as other amenities. We appreciated that the kitchen had the pans and dishes needed to feed larger crowds. The favorite room in the house was the 3rd floor loft area with game tables including pool, air hockey and foosball. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well. We all said we needed to come back again!

Best Weekend Ever

"That's Life" is a home run - especially for families traveling with kids. There is room to spread, everything is super clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there were even some beach toys for us to use. We will definitely be booking again for next year. We loved every minute.

Wonderful House in an Awesome Neighborhood

Our family has traveled to Beachwalk three different times now, and this house was wonderful for our needs. It is a beautiful and clean house with all the essentials. We had a large reunion and the ability for all of us to be able to sit at the tables together for meals was awesome. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and taking the golf cart out for rides.

Wonderful

The house comfortably accommodated our group of 19. We especially loved the 3rd floor which was perfect for our group of kids and the large screened porch. Over the years we've rented several houses for our family gatherings, and this one was the most comfortable and well stocked. Lots of kitchen equipment, portable chairs for the beach, outdoor games. We loved the house and the community.

A wonderful place to stay for a family vacation

We had 3 generations staying at the home, ranging in age from 1 to 72 years. This rental was a home away from home with every detail considered when stocking it. We cooked nearly every meal and the kitchen was phenomenal. The grandkids loved going for rides in the golf cart and going to the clubhouse every night for ice cream. They also loved their evening swims in Lake Michigan and fishing at Lake Kai. Most importantly, the owner was very easy to contact and left explicit instructions for check out, which was a huge help.

Perfect place for a family gathering. Loved that most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Lots of cooking essentials in the kitchen, beach toys and paraphernalia for babies. House is nicely decorated - but not overdone!

We had such an amazing stay here!! The property was incredibly clean, nice, and had so many good features. Specifically our group LOVED having the pool table upstairs, the beverage fridge in the kitchen, built in chargers in some of the beside tables, the screened in porch, and the ability to get to and from the beach with the golf cart. Also, the coffee shop by the neighborhood pool had such good lattes. We had sooo much fun - recommend this property to any families, groups of adults, really any age. We loved it! Also, Rachel was so easy to reach if needed and made sure we were prepared for our stay. Everything was super easy. Thank you!

We loved the house. The location is further away from the beach, but the golf cart made it easy getting to/from the beach. It was also located in a nice quiet area. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, so they did not have to use stairs. It has a large kitchen and dining area which is great for large families. The house was extremely clean and in new condition. We found it to be one of the nicest homes we rented over the years. The firepit was another nice feature and we loved the upstairs family room with pool table & hockey table. The parking was very easy since you are able to park around the house and your close to the large parking lot if needed. We found the beds to be very comfortable as well. A great home to rent.

Dream Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed, including being close to Al’s Supermarket. The hosts were great and responded quickly to our messages. We went for several walks/golf cart rides to Lake Michigan, the pool area, and the neighborhood. We frequently went for ice cream by the lake/pool area. It was Yummy and quite a treat. Highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Home for big groups!

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at this house. Every detail was perfect! There were so many amenities: outdoor chairs, rolling cooler, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. And every inch of the property was clean. Even the dishes in the cabinets were cute! This property is perfect for families with children looking to go on vacation together. Our family is already planning our stay again for next summer.

Excellent location on quiet corner with privacy at the fire-pit. Huge house, freshly painted and updated throughout. Game room on the 3rd floor with billiards, foosball and TV. Bedrooms/baths on all 3 floors. Nice large kitchen and dining room with a ton of seating for everyone staying in the house. Awesome screened in back patio with lots of seating. Beach toys for children, boogie boards, beach chairs, frisbees, you name it, just bring your clothes, they have everything else. 3-ring binder in the kitchen has greasy recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. (Saved us a lot of time looking). Golf cart is great and holds 4 people. I would not stay anywhere else in this gated community unless this house was not available. It is absolutely the percent spot!! Host communication is first class!! Sorry, I do not post pictures of family on public sites. I did not take pictures inside the house that do not have people in them. Highly recommend this house!!

That’s Life - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

That’s Life is a fantastic property and Rachel was excellent to work with. The property is brand new so it was extremely clean upon arrival. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. Having the double dining room tables was nice so we could all spread out. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds were comfortable. There is no shortage of bathrooms and the showers have great pressure. We road around on the golf cart multiple times each day. We had a small incident where one of our coolers made contact with the kitchen wall leaving a scuff. I notified Rachel right away and she had her crew come repair it. She was very understanding so thank you Rachel! I highly recommend this property! Book it and you won’t be disappointed.
