Summary:

This cottage is one of Bend’s best hidden gems. Located right along the Deschutes River and just a 10 minute stroll, you get the best of both worlds! In this newly remodeled cottage, and you’ll feel completely immersed in nature with a huge picture window and a patio with unbelievable river views. You’ll have a king bed, a little kitchenette, a bathroom and access to our on-site indoor heated pool and hot tub! Bring up to 2 pets for an additional fee.



The Space:

Welcome to one of our most popular cottages at Bend Riverside Rentals, unit 262 that we have nicknamed "Riverrun Retreat". Here you have one of the most idillic views of the Deschutes River as it flows by the cottage. 



This studio cottage offer an open floor plan with a huge picture window for an amazing full view of the Deschutes River. The studio sleeps two in a king sized bed, and offers a table and chairs for 2. In the kitchenette you will find a fridge, microwave, and a stove top with 2 burners. Along with a dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Whether you need a place to crash for the night or a need a place to stay for a couple of weeks, we have the spot for you. 



The river trail runs right by this unit. The windows are tinted, which gives you a fair degree of privacy even though you're next to a popular path. Take the river trail north and cross the nearby footbridge for a pleasant hike. Take the trail south and you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown in 10 minutes. In the summer many people wade into the river in several well-know spots between your cottage and the footbridge. You'll see from your patio the most popular spot, which you'll see people relaxing at on most warm days in June, July and August. 



Recently the new owners of this cottage have done some make over work. The new flooring, electric fireplace, paint, and decor has really brought this cottage to life. In the room you will also find a new smart TV where you can sign in to your own Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, and many other streaming sites. For those warm summer days we have AC in the unit and heat in the winter for those cold snowy days! 



Our property has an indoor heated pool and hot tub that are open year round for our guest to enjoy, as well as on-site laundry; both of which are secured by a key card access. We hope to see you soon!



Guest Access:

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio cottage is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
