Relax in style at this serene beach villa overlooking the golf course. Enjoy alfresco dining on the furnished, covered patio, complete with comfortable outdoor seating for unwinding after a day of island adventures. Snuggle up on the couch for a movie on the flatscreen TV, or channel your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen. This family-friendly villa includes a folding crib, highchair, and toys. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, this newly updated villa is the perfect vacation retreat. (Amenity cards are required for pool access but not for beach entry.)

This beautiful Island Golf View Villa offers a 2-bedroom, 2-bath first-floor layout with peaceful views of the first hole from the covered patio. The main bedroom features a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a full bed, a twin bed, a TV, a dresser, and direct access to the patio. The newly redesigned open kitchen boasts quartz counters, white cabinetry, a large built-in dining table for six, and stainless steel appliances. A designated workspace with a desk and chair provides extra convenience.

Guests can enjoy four bikes during their stay—three adult bikes, one adult bike with a baby seat attached, and a child-sized bike—as well as boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, and fishing rods for all your adventure needs. The villa is just half a mile from the nearest beach access (Beach Walk 9), with nine total access points on Seabrook Island.

Seabrook Island is a private beachfront community offering two championship golf courses, a tournament-grade tennis center, a full-service equestrian facility, a fitness and aquatics complex, miles of unspoiled beaches, and a variety of seasonal indoor and outdoor dining venues perfect for any occasion. Nearby Freshfields Village provides boutique shopping, dining, and services in a relaxed outdoor setting, while Bohicket Marina features 200 wet slips, 114 dry storage slips, and a charming market with excellent restaurants and shops.

Wonderful beach visit

We had a wonderful visit to Seabrook with our infant daughter. There was a pack n play and a great set up for families. Would definitely stay again!

Charming Beach Retreat

My husband and I had the most relaxing time in this pristine clean condo! The light and airy beach vibe aesthetic added such charm to our stay. The location is perfect . We enjoyed watching the birds on the patio in the mornings and the deer in the evenings! If you are looking for a tranquil beach getaway with a well equipped kitchen & amenities… I definitely recommend staying at this lovely condo. Thank you for sharing your abode !

Relaxing stay.

Condo is clean and well equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards and umbrellas. The owner, Amy, was very helpful. Things to keep in mind, with this lovely unit, it is a first floor condo townhouse, that is a bit dark, even in the day. This wasn't much of an issue, as we spent most of out time at the beach club or beach that comes with the rental agreement. Also, note that this unit is off the golf course. It is a bit further from the beach and one would want bikes or a car to get to the beach club that's 1 mile away. Parking is free. But the HOA association charges a $40 per day fee for the activities card that gives you access to the beach club, golfing, and restaurants. Overall our family have a lovely stay.

Stay was good, but Seabrook Island a money pit.

This is a great rental. Secure and comfortable. Does have some wear and tear (broken towel rack in bathroom, patio unusable with so many writing spiders and webs), but that is to be expected with a mid-summer stay at a highly desired place and quick turnovers. Regarding Seabrook Island itself--if you like beach and wildlife, this is your place. Lots of deer, lots of spiders, a few rabbits, and even a snake crossed our path! But I don't think the amenities themselves are worth it. If you are okay with shucking another $30-$100 every time you turn around after already paying for a $300 amenity card then cool. But did not get the value of the amenity card just to go to a pool. Additionally, the staff at the amenity card office were pretty clueless. Several conversations and advanced reservation of card before arrival and they still were not prepared. If this rental was somewhere other than Seabrook or if I was only interested in staying on the beach in Seabrook, I would rent again!

Stranded Guest with small children with no communication

I have stayed at several properties that I have rented on VRBO. This by far has been the absolute worst. Our trip was delayed and we got in much later than anticipated, once we got to the condo we were unable to get in. It was a door code, come to find out the owner gave us the right numbers in the wrong order. She was unreachable until 645am the next morning, in which she sent a text that said so sorry try alternative number. I understand making a mistake, however she or someone else should have been reachable. VRBO was great in trying to assist me but there was nowhere else to stay due to it being spring break and everything within a reasonable distance was already booked. It was not a great situation having 2 children involved. I asked for a refund for half the stay due to such a terrible inconvenience and she did not comply. Amy the host only refunded the nights stay and refused to refund any additional $ related to the lodging, cleaning fee, and host fee. Our stay was a total of $1628.33 and she did not even refund me a third. We got back $357. I would never do business with this host ever again. I hope she feels good about herself and karma isn't too harsh.

Thank you for taking time to review our condo. I am so sorry that the vacation experience was not satisfactory. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience you had during your stay. In hopes to mend the error, a full nights refund was given, additional multi night stay at no charge and future visits at 50% off. We are dedication to improving the guest experience and will do better in the future.
