Nichée au milieu d'une canopée d'arbres sur une petite colline, cette charmante villa surélevée surplombant le 18e fairway du parcours de golf Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks. Un cadre enchanteur incroyable! Admirez une partie de la lagune depuis les ponts ou promenez-vous dans la lagune principale ... vous pouvez voir une variété d'oiseaux ... et de la faune ... mais ne vous approchez d'aucun alligator! À seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage immaculée et du front de mer Beach Club. Le VIlla est d'environ 950 pieds carrés et se sent spacieux et confortable avec de nombreuses fenêtres pour la lumière naturelle ainsi que des plafonds voûtés ouverts et des poutres apparentes. Vous allez adorer la nouvelle cuisine et l'espace ainsi que le comptoir de bar surélevé! Deux chambres de bonne taille et deux salles de bain complètes. Profitez du pont supérieur spacieux à l'entrée de la villa au 2ème étage ou détendez-vous sur le nouveau pont inférieur .... éclairage d'accentuation du soir .... à l'abri des intempéries!

Excellent!

Doug and Nancy were great host! My daughter got married Saturday night at the Seabrook Clubhouse. We were about a driver and 9 iron away. The “Tree House” as I call it? Was warm, inviting and spotless! It was so nice to stay somewhere different! We will return!

Great Nature Trip

Stay was excellent. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. View of the golf course could not be any better. Deers, birds, squirrels, and nature everywhere. Dolphins every low tide and shells, seen a bald eagle. Checked out all The Notebook stuff, Cypress Garden, King St Very beautiful

Tennis week

In town for a tennis tournament and loved staying in the Treehouse. Had everything we needed. Loved riding the bikes. Will stay again if we come back next year.

Quaint treehouse villa in a great location

We enjoyed the cute treehouse-style villa which perfectly fit our family of four. The location is great for access to south beach, but everything in Seabrook is relatively close. Amenities were just as described; it was nice to have in-house bikes and laundry, too. The property owner was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and quick to respond. Would recommend!

Relaxing Stay Beautiful Island Wonderful Beach

Short trip w/friends to the Island, which was very relaxing and beautiful. Dough was very responsive and check in was a breeze. The treehouse was just what we needed for our stay and we will most certainly be back.

Family vacation

Doug was wonderful to work with, especially being that Tropical Storm Debby occupied 3 days of the trip. He offered us an additional night at no cost which we greatly appreciated. The house is close to the beach and large enough for 4 people easily.

Great spot for a beach vacation!

We are a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. We really were just looking for a beach area where we could beach as long as we could for the day and come back and cook at our rental and hangout as a family. This location worked out really well for this! We got great information prior to coming from the Property Managers about the area that we found handy. Great place to make memories! If we come back to Seabrook, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway with kids

We loved the unique tree house! Was well equipped with all our needs. Especially loved having the nice bicycles to ride around in the early mornings before it got too hot. As well as the rinse off station set up outside to get rid of all the sand from a day at the beach. The owners were very attentive and made an easy check in system for us. We’ll definitely come again!

Even better than expected

We were already excited to stay here, and then this place exceeded our high expectations. What a fun space—we were only here for three nights, but I wish I could've stayed longer. Beautiful big windows, a fully functioning kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Best of all, the place feels lived in without making you feel like you're a stranger in someone else's house. (Also, plenty of room for two couples. ) Highly recommend! Doug and Nancy were incredibly communicative and helpful. Hope to stay here again down the line.

Beach by Day, Tree House by Night

My family loved this place and agreed that it was probably our ideal location on Seabrook (we've been visiting the island for 5 years). The tree house is near the tip of the island and all of the beach boardwalks, but it is also just off of the main boulevard so that you can easily bike up to the Freshfields Village if you're up for the 4 mile ride (which is totally lovely in the shade of the trees and the flat terrain and general culture of shared roadway). The tree house has two full bedrooms and bathrooms so it easily accommodated our family of two boys and two adults. We spent our days walking on the beach early, then building sandcastles from breakfast till noon, afternoon siestas either by the pool or in the tree house, and then ice cream, bike ride, and beach all evening. We ate late dinners back in the tree house. We always hate to leave Seabrook! We are planning a sea kayak adventure for next time. Don't miss the strand-feeding dolphins and time spent just being quiet. There is a lot of nature to see on Seabrook.

Comfy and cozy place

Wonderful location tucked in a community of 11 sister properties that match their unique style . Convenient located by only short driving or biking distance to entrance 9 where dolphins and turtle patrol ladies frequently greet the newcomers . The entire island is feeding into majestic experience of this rental property , because it flows. Moreover the exploration on their bikes arranged availability right away makes you feel very welcomed. There is little wagon f young visitors and toys . Many other good details if sustainable vacation rental makes sense for new guests . Owners communicate clearly and promptly 😘😛.

Perfect little treehouse

This was the most perfect little treehouse for our family. Its in an excellent location close to the beach. The owners have already provided bikes and beach items so you wont have to bring anything! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Of course Freshfields is a short drive away with lots of excellent dining options. We will definitely be looking at renting this house again when plan another trip to Seabrook. This was the third house we have rented at Seabrook and definitely our favorite!

From Ohio …... we have vacationed along the Southeast Atlantic coast since our kids were young and have always liked the climate, activities, and beaches! For both of us, and our now grown kids - it is exciting to have a "treehouse" Villa and to share the experience with you! Our photo was taken downtown Charleston as Docents (volunteers) for the Charleston Historical Home & Garden Tour!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Yes.... it is hard to imagine vacationing in a treehouse, isn't it? Well, this is sort of a treehouse...... an elevated Villa. The entire concept seems so fun.... like out of a movie! ( what movie was that??) This is what caught our attention... and now we can share the adventure and fun with our family of Vacationers who would like to "try out" this Villa/treehouse. AND... what better place than at a beach setting! A bit of history - the same Villa/ treehouses were built at Disneyland in the 1970s' for renters to enjoy!

What makes this Villa unique?
The private well-manicured Seabrook Island Resort is beautiful and it never feels crowded. Cruise around and enjoy the scenery.... whether walking or biking or driving! Seabrook Island is close to the historic city of Charleston. Stay your entire trip on the Island enjoying the many things to do or venture to nearby Charleston area for touring. Charleston is about 45 minutes away driving through areas where the oak trees create a canopy over the roads.... many are Spanish Moss covered!
Our Treehouse gives you a secluded feeling and it is a free-standing unit... so you are not sharing a wall with a neighbor. And.... this Villa is actually tucked in the trees between the 18th fairway and the 1st hole green! One of the most private, peaceful, and cozy Villas on the Island of Seabrook!
