Seabrook Island Center Court is calling you! This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located on the second floor of Courtside Villas. The villa is located in the Racquet Center neighborhood. Enjoy watching tennis from your front deck as you sip a an afternoon lemonade. This private enclave also has access to the community pool. This convenient location is close to the Seabrook Island Tennis Center as well as the Equestrian Center. Hop on the biking/walking path just across the street and head to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village or stroll around Palmetto Lake.

The villa has a large front deck with Adirondack chairs. You have a clear vantage point of Center Court. Gaze onto the expansive racquet sports conplex. From the deck you walk into the screen porch. A perfect spot for dining at the table set for four. Enter the villa and enjoy the open concept. The dining area has a table with seating for four. The kitchen features custom white cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has vaulted ceilings and sliding doors which lead to the front deck. A large comfy couch awaits you. Enjoy the 55" Smart TV.

There are two bedrooms and 2 baths in this villa. The primary ensuite bedroom has a Queen bed and private deck. The primary bathroom has a separate sink and vanity area. There is a tiled walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead onto the small deck with 2 chairs - a quiet sunny spot . The guest bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the full hall bath. Open the sliding doors and feel the gentle breezes wash through the bedroom. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both of the villa's bathrooms have blow dryers for your use. In the hallway is the laundry. A full size washer and dryer are tucked behind double doors.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities are NOT available with this condo. You cannot purchase amenity cards. You do have access to the The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
