The fully stocked galley kitchen provides everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, complete with full-size appliances, cookware, and serveware.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, TV, and private en suite bathroom. Across the villa, the second bedroom features high ceilings, abundant natural light, a queen bed, dresser, TV, and its own direct access out to the balcony. A second full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located off the living area.

An in-unit washer and dryer provides seamless convenience during your stay. Located within biking distance of pristine private beaches, and just a short drive from Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah Island, this villa is an ideal base for your Lowcountry vacation.

• BEACH: 0.6 miles away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Seabrook Island Club access is optional and available for purchase.
• POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at this villa complex.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.

• AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards are available for $55 a day for your party. Guests also always have access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball, and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Please note that LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are strictly prohibited at this villa complex. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES.

• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would want for our own vacation, we offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 of coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
