Great Stay

Perfect location for events at Rupp arena. As other folks stated there is some street noise if you are a little sleeper. The condo is well appointed and clean. Definitely would stay again.

Location!

The condo is nicely furnished and the location is amazing…..except for the street noise. Bring earplugs and noise machine and you will have an amazing stay

UK Parents Weekend

This is a great place to stay! Very clean. Location is perfect for UK events, distillery district or downtown. We had two families stay and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and living room area is all open. Which made it a great area to hang out. Definitely a 10/10!!!

Bourbon Condo

Very nice, new construction condo in and around distillery district. Great layout for 2-3 couples, each bedroom has en suite bathroom. 1st & 3rd floor bedrooms with open concept kitchen/living/dining rooms & patio on the 2nd floor. Generous amounts of undisclosed “extra” supplies that aren’t always included: trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels, coffee AND sugar/creamer, even a small bourbon sample. Super easy check in and out. Could even park in the 2-car garage if you desire. Basically a great find. I’d be happy to stay again if the need arises and wish more places like this existed in other cities.

Very clean and comfortable! Location close to some great restaurants. Located on a very busy street and can be loud at night. Middle level is kitchen area with bedrooms on top and basement level.

Football, food and drink

This property was perfect for our getaway weekend. It is spacious and very comfortably accommodated our group of three couples. All the typical amenities were provided for us to make a nice turnkey experience. It is a 3 level townhouse; might not be good for guests that have trouble with stairs. The property manager was highly responsive when one of our group got locked out of a bedroom. I recommend!

Loved everything about the stay!

We were here for Railbird and didn’t think we would be at the VRBO too much - we ended to staying there often! This was perfect for 6 adults. Very clean, comfortable, and location was perfect. Will stay here again if ever visiting Lexington.

Awesome girls’ trip to KY Bourbon Trail

Two college girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful, meticulous and spacious property. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and we really enjoyed the deck. Had a minor issue not getting hot water in first floor bath, but not a big deal since there are 3.5 bathrooms.

Clean pleasant condo convenient to downtown Lexington

The condo was very clean with ample seating both inside and on the deck. The pictures are an accurate representation of the space. The location is very close to busy streets with lots of traffic noise. For an expensive condo, there were some surprising omissions -- one single pod of dishwasher soap for a three day stay, no extra toilet paper or trash bags, no tissues or dish towels. When we requested extra supplies, they were provided promptly.

Fantastic Lexington Location

This property is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and in a fantastic location. The beds are supremely comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. So nice that each bedroom has a private bathroom. The kitchen is very well appointed, with quality cookware and utensils. The condo is exceptionally clean. We attended a UK Men’s Basketball game and Rupp is essentially across the street. We also attended a concert at Manchester Music Hall and the venue is literally at the end of the street, less than 500 feet away. All in all, it was a great weekend and the perfect place to stay. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

We came in for the Breeders’ Cup and this place was perfect for 4 of us. The home is very well maintained and comforting. Location is right around the corner to downtown and less than 15 minutes to the track. The only negatives of the property are the bedrooms that face the main road. Fairly noisy at times during the night. Another minor issue was the guide book they left. The QR codes for the WiFi wouldn’t scan and the contact number was wrong. Texted the number in the book (as instructed) and introduced myself. The reply came back “Wrong Number”. As strange of a thing I’ve witnessed. They should get that updated. Overall very positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Awesome place to stay in Lexington bear UK campus

This 3 bedroom 3.5 half bath condo was perfect for 3 adult couples. The location is very close to Rupp arena, UK campus, shopping, and great restaurants. Keeneland is also a short 10 minute drive away as well! The beds were super comfortable. Cindi is a great communicator and answered all of my questions very quickly. All amenities were as listed and we had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. I highly recommend staying here while in Lexington and we will definitely stay here on our next visit!

University of Kentucky Family Weekend

This was a great property for a stay for University of Kentucky family weekend. Property was very nice and close to both The University of Kentucky and the Warehouse District. We stayed with two other sets of parents and the accommodations were roomy and clean. The unit is styled very nicely. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Lexington.

UK football weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay. The townhome was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It had a great space for us to enjoy hanging out together. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great location. We can’t wait to stay here again in a few weeks for UK parents weekend!
