This charming 4 Bedroom stone house is well situated for what Lexington has to offer. It's close to Southland Drive, Downtown, UK, area hospitals, parks, and attractions. The Kentucky Horse Park as well as the Keenland racetrack are about a twenty minute drive away. The house has been recently renovated and features a master bedroom with tray ceiling and en suite bath. With beautiful hardwood floors, new kitchen,a patio, gas grill, firepit, and private enclosed backyard, this charming home has all you need for a great stay. There is off street parking as well.
Couple parents came in to visit kids at UK. Property was perfect for what we wanted and was just as advertised.Owner was immediately responsive to issue w refrigerator (tripped circuit).Definitely would recommend and will definitely consider on next visit in.
Our âframilyâ group was pleased with the amenities, location, and spacious bedrooms in this home. This comfortable ranch is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to the university, grocery stores, and many distilleries, and it is well-suited for group trips. Would recommend!
Spacious house minutes away from heart of Lexington.
We were happy with the house and location. Kids had their own rooms and bathrooms. Primary bedroom suite was great. Loved the heater in the shower. Huge closet. Would stay here again. Host was a great communicator. Thank you!
This is a good place to stay if you want to be near the stadium and downtown. Recommend texting the property manager directly, not messaging through VRBO, if you have a question or concern.
Came in town for a football game and the house was in a great spot for campus access and proximity to restaurant options. Plenty of space to spread out. def recommend for a game weekend or Lexington getaway.
Perfect for our family of 5 as we visited our son who attends UK. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for groceries, restaurants and activities. Kitchen well set to cook in
Property was perfect for visiting our son at UK. Located a short drive away from all the activities: Keeneland, KrogerField, restaurants and bars. Very clean, spacious, and freshly updated.
We appreciated the cleanliness and the convenience of the location of property. We are in the middle of shopping centers and stores. We were in close proximity to various churches. The stay was lovely.
This home was one the best VRBO properties we've stayed at. Although it was a short stay we were extremally impressed. We could tell the home had been recently renovated and everything felt nice and clean. We are a family of six and had plenty of room.
When we arrived, I thought there was no way this was the house I reserved. Once we walked in the door, it was obvious that I was wrong. The house was gorgeous. Obviously just remodeled. Everything was brand new. Everything worked and the host was easy to reach, even after our stay.
Using this property a second time should be all you need to know.
We had a party of 5, one couple and 3 singles, all were comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, kitchen provided the basics including a lot of counter space. Patio outback is perfect for hanging out outside.
As far as the location, for our needs it is ideal. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean. Downtown is close, and reaching the distilleries on the western side of Lexington is really easy.
If this property meets all your criteria, don't hesitate, book it!
Clean, 3-bedroom 2 full bath plus a beautiful master bedroom with en suite. New washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of counter space. Outdoor seating available on the new patio. Plenty of parking in the driveway.
Beds were comfortable, TV was a good size, no issues with wi-fi.
The neighborhood was very nice, no concerns at all. Location to downtown was great, just a few miles.
Overall, it served our purpose quite well.
Hi, I'm a builder with remodel and construction projects around the eastern US. I've been hosting Short Term Rentals since the spring of 2017; I think my feedback speaks for itself. Thanks for looking!
I lived in this neighborhood for decades. It is a friendly walk-able area close to UK, the hospitals, shopping, and restaurants. Its also close to Harrodsburg Rd, and New Circle, making it easy to get anywhere in town with ease. Its a modern house inside a charming older structure in a charming older neighborhood. The master suite and comfortable beds matter as well.
You'll be very close to everything on Southland Drive, the 1950s shopping district of Lexington. Beyond that, all the businesses on Nicholasville Road are easily accessible, and both Beaumont Center and downtown are a quick drive. It's relatively close to UK and Kroger Field as well..
