Perfect location and home for our Lexington weekend!

Our Lexington experience was great and this house was fabulous! We cooked in the awesome kitchen and on the grill outside - wonderful meals were shared with our daughter and husband and his parents and our 21 month old Grandson. We hope to go back someday to enjoy the pool and beautiful yard!

We had a wonderful time, the house has such a nicely stocked kitchen with all the tools we needed for our stay. We BBQ'd each night, enjoyed the fire pit and swam in the pool. The house had such a homey feel and we had a great time. It was the 1st time most of us had been to Kentucky so we are all excited to come back! We would love to stay here again some day when we return! Thanks so much for your beautiful home!! We would give you more than 5 stars if we could!

Great stay

This was our 2nd time visiting this property. Kathy has the house fully stocked, from the kitchen, to books, magazines, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, lotion, pool floats, beach towels, and even a first aid kit with Solarcane. Best VRBO! Do not hesitate booking this property.

Friends gathering for Keeneland spring meet

Spent 4 nights in the nicest VRBO we’ve ever booked. I texted Kathy to let her know that one of the deck chairs had a broken leg more so so that we wouldn’t be responsible for it. She placed 3 new chairs on the deck the next day. Thee house is very, very nice and well appointed. Even a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks. We won’t hesitate to book again should the need arise.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Setting

We visited Lexington for a family wedding and wanted a nice quiet place for our whole family to stay together. The location is beautiful and very convenient. The home was very well maintained, clean and well equipped. We will be back!

Perfect in every way!

Kathy’s home is even more beautiful in person! It’s conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and all the great things Lexington has to offer. The kitchen was so well stocked with serving platters, bowls, plates, glasses, etc. Everything we needed to host a wonderful family celebration! Everyone rested peacefully in the comfy beds and agreed we couldn’t wait to come back in the summer so we could go swimming.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect place for a friends getaway! Beautiful house, open floor plan and the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. From the chilled mugs in the freezer to the drawer of spices, pool towels, anything you need is here. Location was great for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Will definitely return! Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful. It looks just as the pictures show. It is the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the pool and used it a lot since it was so hot during our stay. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Couldn’t have been better!

Kathy was an amazing host and so quick to respond! The home was perfect for our family stay and we all enjoyed the amazing pool and pool area! The house was roomy and beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need! Nice neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. Kathy helped us out by getting her property ready as quickly as possibly, when we had a different host cancel our reservation very last minute, which was so appreciated!!

Spotless, spacious, lots of extras, great host, dream house in lovely neighborhood near many amenities. Celebrated Mom’s 70th birthday. Enough mirror space for 6 women to get ready at the same time!! Wish we had more time!

Kentucky family trip

My husband and I have stayed at several VRBO homes but this was the best by far. Kathy was so welcoming. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and even some snacks. The decor was lovely and the pool was the topping on the cake. Just perfect!!!

Loved It!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Absolutely anything one would need was available, down to the smallest details (e.g., a small stuffed animal with the first aid supplies, chilled garnish dishes in the beverage fridge, etc.). The layout of the home was perfect for our group of adults & children. The backyard was an amazing place to spread out, play, and relax. We loved that the home was nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. The home was also pristine in terms of cleanliness! Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful in every way!

This home was wonderful in every way…. an amazing location, great neighborhood, stocked with everything you might need, very clean, and just a wonderful place to spend a week! Kathy made sure that everything was perfect & was willing to assist if we needed anything taken of! Our adult children & granddaughter enjoyed every minute in this home- especially the deck & pool, plus chased a few fireflies in the backyard every evening! Beautiful place for a family vacation! The best VRBO home we have stayed in!

Wedding Weekend

In town for granddaughter's wedding. Only wish she had gotten married in July or August so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool! The house however was wonderful with so many "extras..." Keurig coffee, creamers, lots of cooking utensils in kitchen, spices; easy to use internet, tv; ironing board and iron which we all needed! Beds comfortable, lovely bathrooms. Very happy with house! Thank you!!

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY!

The pool was perfect... but sadly it rained during most of our stay. No need to fret because the house was so well appointed, there was plenty to do with my elementary school aged grandchildren. We decided to do arts and crafts, play board games, and create a puppet show. The dining room table was huge, but the sun filled breakfast room table was our favorite place for the kiddos. There are so many good things to say, including a FABULOUS host.... I haven't any negative.... well, just one - of course time just flew by too fast!!
