Nani Kai Hale 404 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an ocean view, a private lanai, and air-conditioning. Located on the 4th floor, this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The open concept living room is equipped with Hawaiian theme furniture and tropical decorations, a flat screen TV, a dedicated workspace, and a split A/C unit.

Step inside the tranquil bedroom to find a luxurious King size bed and a split A/C unit. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk in shower. Down the hall is the guest bathroom where you will find a shower/tub combo. Relax and enjoy view the view on the private covered lanai, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy sunset dinners. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and has everything you need to make all your meals in house.

Nani Kai Hale is an amazing oceanfront resort located on the famous Sugar Beach, the perfect spot for walking, swimming, snorkeling and whale watching. This is a very comfortable, clean, convenient, well-appointed place to base for our Hawaii vacation. Very quiet and low-key, everything we needed for our week.

Amazing location- the condo is right on the beach- enjoyed walking the long stretch during sunset/sunrise. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we could’ve needed including laundry detergent. Bed was comfy, ac unit quiet. Unit was quiet ( except for weekend nights- right next to a wedding venue). Communication with property management was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

Comfort on the Beach

This condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for a week of relaxation! Right on Sugar Beach - beautiful walks and wading. Great location to get anywhere and everywhere on the island.

The unit was very clean and ready for us. The linen is crisp and it couldn't be a better location, central Maui with feet in the water. The best parts are early morning swims and sunset BBQ. The ocean frontage is well appointed. Very nice stay!

Beautiful, relaxing and convenient location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nani Kai Hale. This complex is centrally located on Maui making it very efficient to drive anywhere on the island for sightseeing and shopping. We also found its residents and guests to be a very friendly and welcoming. The beachfront is stunning, long and very quiet, great for walks and watching the sunset. Parking was extremely easy and always available at this complex. Overall a great little spot to enjoy Maui!

Very enjoyable stay!

Will definitely book this condo again if we return to Maui. Only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! :-) I came with a full kitchen compliments - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. All we had left to do was stock the fridge. Our patio opened up to a nice view of the Pacific and sunrise. What an enjoyable stay!

Our unit had ocean views on both sides and we were literally five steps away from the beach. The unit itself was clean and fully stocked and I was able to call for help as needed. I would love to come here again!

Great Location on Maui - Easy Beach Access

We loved everything about this condo!! The location was central to exploring all of Maui. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport too. We enjoyed having direct access to Sugar Beach from the property and spent many mornings and evenings just watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The property has nice lounge chairs, a barbecue area, and a small refreshing pool. The condo also supplied beach chairs and an umbrella so you could sit directly on the beach. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed to cook a meal and the towels were good quality too. We enjoyed having two bathrooms as well - a his and hers! This part of Kihei is not over crowded, so walking on the beach was always very peaceful. The communication and information from My Perfect Stays was excellent, and if we come back to Maui, we would search properties that they manage if this property is not available. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It was a very memorable holiday for us on Maui!!

Great location and great stay for a couple or small family

The property description was accurate. The unit was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all needed amenities. Linens were nice as well. It's in a great location in Kihei, near Sugar Beach, a great bakery/coffee shop, farm market stand and shave ice place just a short walk away. We appreciated the couple of beach towels and beach chairs, although with 2 small children we didn't get to relax in those chairs much! It would have been really great if there was a foldable beach umbrella to use as well - we saw so many people on the beach with one and were really wishing we had some portable shade for the kids. Not necessary, but definitely would have been nice. Email and phone communication with property management company was smooth however we were given the wrong code to the pool gate on our check-in info email and even after a couple phone calls when we were at the property, we still didn't get the correct code and had to ask a random person that happened to be in the pool for the code. The code we were given was not even remotely close to the correct code. Luckily the few residents/rental property owners we met were all very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this Nani Kai Hale property!

Compared to other units in the same building, this one is in need of renovations. Everything functions as it should, but it’s showing its age. For example, there are black stains on the roof above the ceiling fan, the sliding screen door to the balcony barely moves and makes a terrible sound when you try to open it and paint is chipping off pretty much every wall and door. We were in 3 other units on our visit (staying with friends for a wedding), and this one was significantly outdated compared to the rest - and for the same cost. Being next to a wedding venue, one would also appreciate if there was a full sized ironing board and a clean iron. The view from the balcony is nice and the unit was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. It was also mostly clean when we arrived. It just really needs a proper renovation to bring it up to par with other units and our expectations considering the price.

Great view and great location! The floors were really dirty upon our arrival, our feet were black from walking around in there within the first 30-min of arrival. Pool and beachfront area are very nice. Parking is convenient. Property has an elevator and onsite management if you need anything.
