Le Sol est un bel appartement situé dans le Port d'Alcudia, à quelques minutes à pied de l'incroyable et merveilleuse plage du nord de Majorque.



L'appartement appartient à un petit complexe avec une grande piscine communautaire et des zones enherbées.

Le logement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'une terrasse meublée avec une table pour 4 personnes et un barbecue pour profiter de la bonne température de Majorque. L'intérieur de la maison comprend un salon-salle à manger avec un canapé, une autre table pour 4 personnes et une petite cuisine avec un bar américain. De plus, l'appartement dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche, une chambre avec un lit gigogne et une autre avec un lit de couple et un accès direct à une deuxième terrasse à l'arrière du logement.

Tant le salon-salle à manger que les deux chambres disposent de la climatisation. De plus, la propriétaire fournit des serviettes de piscine en plus des serviettes de bain.



Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement à Puerto de Alcudia, près de la plage et de bons restaurants, bars et supermarchés, sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture, et au meilleur prix garanti !

wonderful accommodation in Alcudia. The apartment was so well equipped. lovely welcome basket of goods. great location and nicely spaced out apartment. plenty of room for my family. We would most defiantly come again and stay here. cant fault anything, it was great :)

We absolutely loved the place!!

There’s so much love for detail, a lot of space and it has everything you need and more. The hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful. As it was off-season it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt quite at home, especially our little daughter enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

One of the best if not the best place I’ve stayed in Mallorca. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacations, and fully stocked with everything. Very detailed oriented, great pool, walking distance from the Alcudia port and the beach Would definitely stay here again !

Nice and very clean property good located

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment, located at the same time at the heart of Alcúdia while still offering really quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, everything was clean and well maintained and the communication was quick, friendly and very informative. Perfect for a familya group of friends.

great flat

the flat was great, quiet location and really cute. superb location near the beach and supermarket. having two terraces was amazing we could really relax near the swimming pool and having really nice and private meals outside. the flat was extremely well equipped (even the beach towels!!) and the goodie bag on arrival was most welcome. the only improvement maybe having two tea towels instead of one ?

A great long weekend

We had a lovely long weekend here. It was peaceful, yet so close to the beach and restaurants, and bus stops. It was extremely clean. I would definitely return. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but I’m sure in summer it’s perfect. We loved that there is has a front and back porch so you get the sun all day long! There was a gorgeous welcome basket with wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated too!

Convinient, pretty and comfortable

The property is very well equipped, we had everything we could need on our holiday. Even tho we prefer the sea, the pool was super clean and nice so we spent time there too. The owner left us fruits, a snack water and orange juice and also some essentials for cooking, such as oil, salt and vinegar. It was a kind surprise. The rooms were pretty and comfortable. The location was also great. The beach was close and the centre is an easy walk. There is a supermarket close by as well. The shower head's priming was kind of weak. I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. But it was managable. Parking can be hard to find but we never had to walk too far.

Great location, lovely pool, everything we needed.

I was a little worried before coming as there aren't many reviews but i didn't need to worry. A fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A lovely quiet pool. The welcome pack on arrival was great. The washing machine, beach towels, plenty of toilet rolls and all cleaning products was an added bonus. Air conditioning was great. Walking straight out the bedroom door to the pool was lovely. The outside looks a little run down and could do with some paint. There was a bit of ant problem the first day but putting all food away in the fridge sorted it out.

We love our time in Alcúdia and in this apartment

Great location, easy 10 min walk to the beach, 5min walk to the bus stop and local shops/restaurants. Apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels, blankets and bed linen available, lovely welcome basket, we cooked for ourselves a couple of nights and the kitchen was easy to navigate. The air con was wonderful, the apartment had good Wi-Fi and stayed cool for much of the day. The outdoor space was great, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The apartment being set back a little from the main road meant is was quiet and away from the busy ‘tourist’ areas but close enough to walk everywhere, a lovely little retreat for the hotter parts of the day. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had an earlier flight and the transfer company they recommended were great, good price for the private transfer 85euro each way. Brilliant holiday and a great little find 😊

Nice and big apartment

Apartment is big with all new features and a big equipped kitchen with everything you can need to cook in abundance, even if you don't use the dishwasher for a couple of day you still have dish and glasses. The place has 3 tables where to eat so can decide each time where to eat depending on the mood or the time of the day. Garden has a table outside for dinner with a view on a shared swimming pool where to spend the day when tired from the beach that is few minutes from the property. All the locals and services are few minutes from the property including supermarkets, bars and gym, nicest place for the night is Alcudia that is 5 minutes by car. I stayed only one week out of my 4 week vacation in Maiorca and pity I didn't choose this for a longer time. Hopefully next time!

The apartment is very very nice, plenty of everything you need and lovely welcome goodies. The complex is small which for us great but there are a lot of residential people there with dogs that are allowed to run loose and mess all over the grass. I was sat having breakfast on the terrace when this happened right in front of me. I waited for the owner to clean it up as she was there, but no I had to approach her and it was obvious she thought I was lying about it being her dog.One residential family right next door come most weekends, with other adults and tons of kids. Ordinarily if this was a holiday let no more than 4 would be there. A dozen people sat right outside your terrace with screaming kids, not for me.The pool and grounds are very well kept. One final point, the water pressure in the apartment is a dribble at best, it took an age to have a shower and to fill a bowl, I could go and make the bed by the time it filled. It all sounds very negative, we had a nice holiday, but these are important issues for somewhere I paid nearly 4000 Euros for three weeks.

Celui-ci était vraiment très propre et très bien équipé.

D’ailleurs c’est la première fois que l’on a une corbeille avec des fruits, biscuits, bouteille d’eau au frais pour notre arrivée et cela nous a fait très plaisir. Il faut aussi souligner que des sacs poubelles, du papier toilettes, etc… était disponible de réserve dans le réduit et c’est très rare dans des locations Airbnb. Pour ce qui est des ustensiles de cuisine, là aussi il y’a énormément de choses pour pouvoir facilement se faire un repas. L’appartement était vraiment chouette et on était assez proche de la plage donc on a vraiment aimé y séjourner.

Logement très agréable à 2 pas de la plage

Logement confortable, propre, très bien équipé avec des attentions appréciables à l&#39arrivée, bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la plage et de commerces et restaurants, piscine agréable. C&#39est un détail mais les rideaux dans les chambres ne sont pas occultants donc il fait jour très tôt.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr schön, dass bereits eine Basisausstattung zum Kochen und Wohnen (Olivenöl, Klopapier, Zewa, Waschmittel) vorhanden war. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist quasi nicht vorhanden.

Die Austattung der Wohnung war sensationell und hat unsere Erwartungen und sogar die Beschreibung übertroffen! Alle nötigen Verbrauchsartikel, wie Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln, Tees, Küchenrolle, Reiniger, Öl und Essig und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Ein bunter Obstkorb erwartete und bei der Ankunft. Spitze! Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgte kontaktlos, was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat, da wir spät ankamen. Vom Hafen Alcudia aus ist die Wohnung innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar, was für unsere Autoanreise optimal war. Sie liegt sehr günstig zwischen Tramuntanagebirge und Küstenorten in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit grachtenähnlichen Kanälen. Auf unsere Fragen wurde sofort, freundlich und unkompliziert geantwortet. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Wir haben in unserem Leben noch nie eine solch saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Selbst kritische Bereiche wie Mikrowelle, Backofen oder Spülmaschine sahen werksneu aus. Sogar unter der Couch und hinter den Schränken war es klinisch rein. Es war tatsächlich schwierig die ursprüngliche Sauberkeit bei der Abreise wieder herzustellen. Für alles eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1) Die Steckdose am Bett im Kinderzimmer scheint defekt zu sein oder einen Wackelkontakt zu haben 2) Wenn viele elektrische Verbraucher gleichzeitig genutzt werden, vor allem in der Küche fliegt die Sicherung raus. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Wir haben in unserem Leben noch nie eine solch saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Selbst kritische Bereiche wie Mikrowelle, Backofen oder Spülmaschine sahen werksneu aus. Sogar unter der Couch und hinter den Schränken war es klinisch rein. Es war tatsächlich schwierig die ursprüngliche Sauberkeit bei der Abreise wieder herzustellen. Für alles eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1) Die Steckdose am Bett im Kinderzimmer scheint defekt zu sein oder einen Wackelkontakt zu haben 2) Wenn viele elektrische Verbraucher gleichzeitig genutzt werden, vor allem in der Küche fliegt die Sicherung raus. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Sehr gemütliche und einladende Wohnung

Herzlicher Empfang mit Obst und allem, was man braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute und relativ kurze Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants, Pool zur Mitnutzung rundet dieses Angebot ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles super!

Alles war super organisiert. Es stand sogar ein Korb mit Früchten und Süßigkeiten auf dem Tisch (inklusive einer Flasche Sekt). Sehr empfehlenswert!
