Apartamento, con jardin privado, con 3 dormitorios para 6 personas justo delante del Mar.

El apartamento Borneta es perfecto para disfrutar el ambiente de la playa. Con su jardin privado y exclusivo, y al mismo tiempo con la impresionante panorámica de la bahía de Alcudia. El apartamento esta acabado de reformar y está bien amueblado y equipado para su disfrute, situado en el edificio «Bellavista».

Distribución del inmueble:

Magnifica terraza extérieur con unas espectaculares vistas al mar.

3 Dormitorios dobles (cama doble de 150cm ancho + cama doble de 150cm ancho + 2 camas individuales) con aire acondicionado y calefacción. Todas habitaciones disponen de ropa de cama.

2 baños completsos con duchas y toallas.

Salón comedor con vistas al mar y salida a la terraza. Dispone de sofas, mesa de comedor, TV de 32´con satelite y wifi gratuito.

Cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, encimera eléctrica, con lavadora en la planta baja, etc.),

Plaza de parking privado en un patio interior del edificio Bellavista.

El apartamento está situado en una zona muy surtida de diferentes servicios. Restaurantes, Souvenirs, Supermercados, parada de Taxis. Etc

Escape into heaven

This place was amazing. The location was perfect to the beach. The owner was helpful and always quick to answer our questions. This accommodation is a small slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful location right on the beach

The view is fantastic. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the balcony and the garden. There are enough sunbeds. The decor could have been a bit warmer. But we were very pleased with the apartment.

beautiful apartment and dream beach

We had very good contact with the landlord. Pere always provided feedback. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We had a parking space in the courtyard, and the direct access to the beach is simply fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are a decent size. One of the bathrooms is a bit larger, and there's a third bathroom in the basement, perfect for freshening up after a dip in the sea.

relaxed week on the beach

great location on the beach and just a short walk to the crystal clear shallow sea. quite location , only 3 rows of sunbeds in front but was just great. the private garden in the front was large and the ground floor shower& toilet rooms was ideal ,6 sun beds, a outside shower, beach chairs, and a few beach items, inflatables , bats and balls etc to keep children content. local supermarket just 5 mins up the road, and some nice restaurants with in 3-5 minutes walk , Irsh Bar , ice cream parlour , along the beach just about a steady walk 10 mins walk another road with a few resturantsts in by the beach. would defeo recommed it.

Great Location, potential for improvement

It was our second time staying at Pere's place. The location is perfect, you won't find a better one. We also love the cellar with the beach loungers and some water-play-stuff for the kids. Although, there are some points that have to be improved: There are way too less hooks on the wall, a wardrobe for jackets is missing. The pans are not usable, the coating is loose. Also the coffee-machine doesn't work, another one was covered with

Excellent apartment!

The apartment is located directly at the beach, with a large veranda facing the sea and a front garden. The apartment itself is spacious and practical (and clean) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, well suited for a large family. Well functioning kitchen, good AC in living room and bedrooms, good wifi. There is also an outside shower and a bathroom in the basement so you don’t have to go inside with sandy feet. Good sunchairs for the garden, shade during the warmest part of the day. The villa complex and the immediate surroundings are quiet at night. The beach is very child friendly. Shop and restaurants in the street leading to the apartment. Very good communication with the host.

Great Apartment - Wonderful View

This was a great place for our post-Easter break - five nights with our two grown-up children. The location couldn't be better - right on the beach - with both a first floor balcony fronting the apartment and and ground floor laundry room/store room and garden with exclusive use. The store contained ample chairs and loungers both for beach and garden. Also, for any one with small children there were some beach toys, dinghy & buckets & spades etc. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, and we were glad of the heating when it got cooler each evening (2nd week of April). The kitchen was well equipped and when we discovered the coffee machine not to be working the owner had it replaced the following day. This is much to his credit. At all times communication from the owner was prompt and his instructions and arrangements for arrival clear and straightforward. We would definitely consider returning to this aprtamnet and would happily recommend it to anyone.

Exceptionnel en tout - Appartement d'un très grand confort , très propre , très soigné. Très belle vue. Très calme. Et le Plus , Le parking privatif. Les explications pour l'arrivée étaient très complètes - Pied Plage , Pied commerces. Excellentissime - Excellente communication avec le propriétaire d'une très grande gentillesse. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'est le meilleur appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Vous pouvez réservez sans aucune hésitation. Nous reviendrons , c'est promis. Merci Pere. A bientôt..

Die Wohnung ist super schön, mit allem was man braucht. Es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht. Die Lage ist natürlich absolut mega, sehr schön mit dem Garten und direkt am Strand. Einige wirklich gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben die Woche hier in Alcudia sehr genossen und haben uns wirklich gut erholt.Vielen Dank an Pere!

Das Apartement befindet sich in der ersten Reihe, also unmittelbar am Strand. Alles war sauber und wunderbar vorbereitet. So macht es Freude, die Ferien zu starten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar Gewürze und die notwendigsten Zutaten waren vorhanden. Das Foto zeigt den Blick vom Balkon auf den Sonnenaufgang :-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen! Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, der eigene Garten ist wunderschön zum entspannen auch wenn der Strand mal etwas voller wird. Vom Balkon hat man einen sensationellen Blick über die Bucht. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Alles sauber.Ganz toll das es im Keller viele Strandsachen für die Kinder gab.Ja sie ist sehr hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Die wunderschöne Lage war ein Traum.Ein toller Strand und man kann ewig weit ins Meer reinlaufen. Morgens hat man den Sonnenaufgang direkt vor der Nase. Der eigene Parkplatz im Hof ist auch praktisch.In der Nähe viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Unser Aufenthalt bei Pere war wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage um vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft und die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Fast perfekte Unterkunft

Fast alles ist Perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, WLAN, der überragende Ausblick mit dem direkten Zugang zum Strand, der Parkplatz einfach alles... Nur ein kleiner Punkt ist negativ, die Unterkunft ist maximal schlecht schallisoliert. Aber für uns ist es das Wert. Wir werden wiederkommen. Der Blick bei Sonnenaufgang, das Frühstücken auf der Terasse, der Strand entschädigen für alles. Pere als Gastgeber ist in der Kommunikation super und erfüllt alle Wünsche.

Tolle Wohnung mit absolut fantastischem Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und man hat von der Terasse einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Im April ist es allerdings recht frisch dort (Terasse) , weil man dann natürlich auch immer den Wind vom Meer her hat. Die Betten sind eher hart, das ist ja immer Geschmackssache, wie man das mag. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und die zwei Bäder sind super. Auch total gut ist, dass man einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand hat und eine Gartendusche, an der man den Sand von den Füßen spülen kann. So hat man nie Sand in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war im April auch noch sehr kühl, aber mit der Klimaanlage kann man auch warme Luft pusten. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt 😊

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick in bester Lage

Wir waren wirklich begeistert von dieser Wohnung in erster Reihe zwischen Alcudia und Muro. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich das Highlight aber der private Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, sowie die gute Lage runden das alles perfekt ab. Wir haben sowohl die schönen Sonnenaufgänge als auch die ruhigen Abende sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in den heißen Sommermonaten sind die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern eine große Erleichterung. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war stets einwandfrei. Als Minus-Punkt muss ich leider die Hellhörigkeit des Wohnhauses erwähnen, da man jeden Schritt und jede Toilletenspüllung fast überall sehr laut hört. Vergessen Sie auch das Mückenspray nicht; im Garten und auf der Terrasse waren zumindest im September jede Menge davon unterwegs. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung jedoch sehr weiterempfehlen und kommen auch selber gerne wieder zurück.
