Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, a washing machine, an outdoor shower and a baby cot. The dreamlike, highly private outdoor area of the villa is spacious and surrounded by large walls of dark stone. The covered patio, equipped with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and a large grill, invites you to prepare meals together in the fresh air and have a glass of wine to round off the colorful evenings. The large, crystal clear pool of the property, surrounded by sun loungers and a stretch of healthy lawn, is perfect for refreshment and fun on sunny afternoons. Due to the property’s optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 5-minute drive or 2 km away in the centre of Playa Blanca. The golden sand of the beautiful beach Playa Dorada is similarly just a 5-minute drive from the home, where beachgoers can relax on the shore and soak up the Lanzarote sun. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is an extra fee for the use of the heating and AC: 1€ for 4 hours.
