We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Amelia Island & a short 2 block walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Amelia Landings has a community pool, tennis courts & a private walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is one level with 5 steps up to the doorway. Queen bed in master (new mattress in 2021) and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. Excellent golfing, fishing & shopping. Ten minutes from our Historic district, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Great weather year round, however we do have a handful of frosty mornings during Jan/Feb. Average temperature 65 degrees during winter months.

Great location!!

Very accommodating owner, very clean, screen porch on back of unit gives you the feeling you are in a rain forest, close to salt water pool, easy walk to the beach, well stocked with dishes for families who cook, even a crock pot (great for when you get back from the beach)!

Annual Beach Trip

We love this unit! It is so clean and in good repair. We had everything that we needed for our family trip. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which is a huge plus. Jackie is wonderful to work with.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy and it was convenient having beach chairs and towels to use. The beach is less than a 10 min stroll, several nearby restaurants, ice cream in both directions! Parking was never a problem and Jackie was quick to reply when I had a question. Loved the screened in porch and the pool, too. Safe and quiet area. 10 outta 10

Nice Getaway

This condo was great! We stay at Amelia Landings just about every year, but this is the 1st year we've stayed in this particular unit. This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!

A Great Stay

There is nothing to say other than this is a great place to stay! Jackie is a super host and the unit was really comfortable and very well equipped. There was everything you would need to go to the beach or just hang inside and relax. Great wifi and tv. Super stay!

Great Place!

Jackie was a great host! This property is in a perfect location. Just off the beaten path enough to offer privacy, but still super convenient in proximity to the beaches and restaurants. Very clean with updated touches. Would definitely recommend and will for sure stay again.

We came for a few days to visit with mom in her new assisted living home on Amelia Island - and also wanted to be able to spend some time at the beach. Great location. We would stay here again. Loved the free kerugh cups that are provided

Perfect Family Gathering

My wife and I were joined by her sister and brother-in-law for a 5 night stay at Amelia Landing. The first floor unit was perfect for our needs. We greatly enjoyed the wonderful screened porch. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a bathroom. The kitchen and living space met all our needs. Amelia Landings is a very quiet location yet a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the beach. Directly across the street is an access point to the Greenway walking trails. This is our second visit to Amelia Landing and we plan to return.

My husband & I have first found Amelia Island in 1990 when the Navy moved us to the area for his job at Kings Bay, GA. We loved the beach and water so we were drawn to Amelia Island immediately and knew we wanted to retire in this beautiful small beachside community. I (Jackie) am a Realtor and Mike has retired from the Navy and takes care of our rental properties and usually flips one home per year.

Amelia landings is a small condo community located off of Sadler Rd nestled among huge Oak trees and a short 2 block walk to the beach.
Nassau County is home to more than 60,000 residents & borders Georgia to the North and Duval County, FL (Jacksonville)to the South. It was est. in 1824 and is a 6249 square mile area in the most northeast section of Florida. Gen. James Oglethrope of Great Britain gave Amelia Island her name in honor of Princess Amelia, the daughter of King George II. Amelia Island's claim to fame is that it has existed under eight flags over the course of her fascinating history. Annual Events include:, Shrimp Festival, Kingfish Fishing Tournament, Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival, Book Festival, Eight Flags Car Show & much much more.
