Beachcombers will love exploring the powdery sands sprinkled with colorful shells and shark teeth, as well as the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views. The area's Old Florida charm and exceptional beauty have made it the location of several celebrity homes and draw those seeking a relaxed and intimate setting. Take in some local favorites and explore beautiful Myakka State Park to get a taste of wild Florida.

A lounge boasts a kitchenette, cozy seating area, and office space. Complete the day by watching your favorite movie in your private theater on the ground floor. Stock the kitchenette with your favorite snacks and drinks and sink into plush leather recliners for a VIP experience. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and abundant parking space suitable for trailers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Construction is currently occurring on the home next door. This project is slated to last 30 months and the work is permitted to occur from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the next three years. During these hours, construction noise may be audible.
The pool temperature for the entire year is controlled. Pool heating can be increased over the maintained temperatures for an additional fee.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Cameras in outdoor pool area are NOT active

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 175 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
