Nice property in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants and entertainment options. The host was at check-in to walk me through all details of the property and to make certain that we were set for our stay. We were happy with the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but also that the location was within walking distance of so many restaurants and coffee shops. You are within 5 miles of many great Siesta Key attractions and entertainment options.
Home was unique, very clean, very generous with supplies and towels. Few disappointments...Should have been informed asap that dock was unusable, and dock lights were not working. Garage could not accommodate a large SUV..and gate code was not available to guests.Manager was very kind and responded very quickly. Would have been great if dock issues were told ahead of time.Loved the master bathroom!
The house is gorgeous! The multiple floors and separate living quarters was perfect for our larger group. We could move around without disturbing the others. The balconies provide a beautiful view. The listing did state they had wagons for walking to the beach. I had intentions of checking in at least one wagon until I read that so I thought I would take advantage. They weren't there for us, so we ended up driving to the beach areas. We had a great stay and communication in and out was supreme. No complaints.
We evacuated from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida. It was a wonderful retreat- allowing us to breathe and regroup before returning to rebuild. The home was perfect. We felt at home!
Great property but the rooms are misleading. Bed Rooms #1-3 are great (master, carriage house and bedroom with on-suite bathroom), room #4 has no bathroom unless using master or walking downstairs and bedroom #5 is an unfinished basement and âworksâ but is not functional for most family members.
This house was great for our extended family. The location on the water was beautiful! We watched mullet jump, kayaks and boats float by, and even saw a few dolphins swim past. We walked to the beach frequently and took advantage of the proximity of Watersports rentals nearby. The pool was lovely. Property Manager, Angela, made check in and updates easy. The house itself is a bit quirkyâas another mentioned, there are 3 nice king bedrooms, but the 4th bedroom while nice doesnât have a bath which would be awkward for adults staying with friends. And the basement bedroom with two queens is fine for kids/teens (as we used it), but adults may find it too large and basement-like. Overall it was great, and we would stay again if we found ourselves in the area!
Heavy equipment dropped off next door on 1st night-very loud. Heavy equipment operation 2 1/2 days from sun up to sun set. Very loud. Trees fell on property and house. No water due to water line being destroyed. Couldnât use bathroom kitchen etc. resulting in having to pay for breakfast and lunch for 11 people and using yard for bathroom.
On 4th night my family was threatened by neighbor doing the construction due to management company telling them we were upset. Police had to come at 11:15PM. Police report issued. Did not sleep that night because neighbors said they would come back in the morning to continue harm to my family.
While making up bed in master bedroom found urine stains on mattress.
Called owner who said he did not care and that it was managementâs problem. He then hung up on me.
Ownerâs cousin stopped by and informed us he was watching us on cameras. Creeped all if us out.
Outside grill did not work. Would not get above 180°. Much food ruined.
Spacious custom home with beautiful views. Excellent Location. Owner appears to be involved in the management and upkeep of their villa. They have specific guidelines for parking and use of the property. The information is transparent before arrival and security cameras are on-site. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return .
My family and I stayed here for a week for the 4th of July. There were no reviews on the property, so we were nervous to book it, but decided to take a chance. We were pleased to find the home in excellent condition and extremely clean. The property manager was very responsive, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The only issue was that it was a bit further from the beach than we expected, so we could not walk with all of the gear (provided by the owners!), and we had to pay for valet parking since the nearby parking lots were full. But staying closer to the beach would have meant paying more, so it was worth the price difference for us.
