This family friendly, remodeled beach house has it all; 60 ft of private no-bank waterfront, hot tub, multiple firepits, cornhole, kayaks, ping pong and more! Cozy open concept floor plan w/ comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10+ people, 2 full bathrooms and optional separate bonus game room for an additional $75/night. Fabulous house and access to the sound

The property was great! Everything was thought out, anything you needed was there for your stay. I have been to many properties over the years and this was the best house we have stayed at! Being right on the sound/bay was great whether kayaking or just walking on the beach when the tide was out. The whole family enjoyed our time here.

Best place to make family memories!

This home is perfect for outdoor living on their beautiful deck with its breathtaking views. The hot tub was super clean and the hosts were very responsive when we couldn’t get the outdoor fire pit working (which is great for evenings). We kayaked, saw sea lions and even a few whales.We are big cooks and they had everything we needed And then some.Can’t wait to visit again!

Fun Getaway

We rented this place with 2 other couples for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. It is a quick drive from Seattle yet puts you in the peaceful serenity of the northwest waterways. It has all the amenities of home and very comfortable beds. Definity worthwhile place to spend time.

Lovely getaway!

Great location with a beautiful view.

We loved our stay at this vacation home. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having access to the kayaks and being able to get out on the water at high tide. At low tide the kids loved searching for all of the creatures along the shore.

Beautiful!!

Property was super cool, right on the water! Really great amenities as well. Pictures do make rooms look a little bigger then they are but still worked great for my 6 people group. Really enjoyed the back deck, we are already planning our next visit!

Perfect, cozy space!

This home and hosts were just perfect for our multi day wedding celebration. Such a perfect and cozy place to hang out with family and freinds and celebrate our son's marriage that took place locally. It's the second home I have rented from these hosts and we will certainly keep coming back!

Beautiful Place

Emily’s place was perfect for all of us from my 17 month old to my 80 year old mother. Very kid friendly. Beds were really comfortable, house was very clean, all four kayaks got used every day and we had great communication with Emily.

Girls weekend

Beautiful home with excellent outdoor living space. We felt right at home and had the relaxing weekend we needed. A family of otters visited a few times and there was lots of bird activity. We are already planning to come back next year!

Perfect for our family

We had our annual family gathering at the beachfront home and it was perfect for us. The water in August was surprisingly warm enough for swimming. We used the five kayaks to cross the bay in a flotilla and found the rock on the opposite shore that had petroglyphs drawn on it. My walking is wobbly and I enjoyed the ADA amenities of a ramp into the back entrance, a ground floor bedroom and good hand grabbers in the ground floor bathroom. We would be happy to return in the future.

Wonderful winter break

We had a lovely time. House was very unique. And though the winter weather wasn't great, we had plenty of room to play games and enjoy ourselves around the house. Everyone had a great time. Host was also very responsive. We messaged a few questions and got prompt answers. Much appreciated!

fun stay

The beds were all really comfy and this is important to me- nothing is worse then staying at a great house with lousy beds and bedding. The owners do have a ton of spices and the icemaker works (some owners turn them off) We stayed in Nov so it was sunny and cold which made a day fire in the firepit wonderful. They provided some wood which was nice- and all the showers had shampoo conditioner and body soap from costco. The garage/game room was fun we loved playing ping pong. Its a great place to stay I would stay there again.

Perfect Family Retreat

This property is magical! The house has an open floor plan so you can spend time with family without feeling cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is also stocked with puzzles and card games for the entire family. The view from every room is absolutely amazing! It was so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was icing on the cake. I've stayed hundreds of vacation rentals and this house is top 10. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We will certainly be coming back!!

Loved It!!

Beautiful place, perfect amount of space for all! Loved the deck, wasn't full on sun, perfect for these hot August days. Once we arrived, we did not leave property. It had everything and walking distance to town. Perfect for a long weekend stay. House came with everything, plus more. And everything worked! Youngest was two and oldest was 72, no complaints by either:)

Definitely deserves a 5⭐️

Lovely home, very cozy, very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, excellent host response, super clean hot tub and great water view! We took one star off for “accuracy of listing” only because the indoor fireplace was not working however the owners did say they are having it fixed! Overall, it’s a lovely place! We would love to rent again! Thank you, Emily

Amazing!

This is a beautiful home. So relaxing and everyone had the best time! Our grandsons loved the private beach and collected shells and sand dollars. They were so excited when their Dad found a giant starfish. Games, air conditioning. Beautiful evening view with a welcoming hot tub. Everything was clean and beautiful. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. This was an absolute gold mine of a find. We definitely will return.

Clean and well stocked beyond expectations

We had such a great time at this cute house in Allyn, WA. Every summer my whole family (my kids, my parents and my sisters and their fam) all get together and rent a house to spend a few fun days together. This house was the cleanest and most well stocked rental property that I have ever stayed in. You know how some rental properties put the cheapest things in the house, like super thin TP and paper towels that are so thin they are almost useless? Well, not this one. They literally thought of EVERYTHING you could need and want - and it was all good quality! The house was decorated BEAUTIFULLY! The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was clean. Life jackets to fit all our different sizes. Four kayaks. A wood fire pit and a propane one. A great grill. Ample and comfortable outdoor furniture/seating. Also, the kids/teens had so much fun with their own space above the garage with a kitchen, bathroom, tv, games and of course the large ping pong table. The host was easy to communicate with, gave great instructions and the place was easy to get in to. Simple instructions for the day we left as well. And the view - well that took the cake!
