Our home sits directly on Hood Canal along scenic Highway 106, conveniently located between Alderbrook Resort & Spa and Belfair (about 7 miles each way). Please note: Like many waterfront homes in Belfair, this property is located along Highway 106, so some road noise will be heard.

Important Policies

No pets (due to severe allergy) → $1,000 fee for unauthorized pets. Only trained service animals allowed.
No events, parties, or large gatherings
No smoking of any kind (inside or outside)
Primary renter must be at least 28 years old

Safety Rules:

All non-swimmers & children under 13 must wear life vests near/in the water
Life jackets required when using kayaks or paddleboard
Children must be supervised at all times (proximity to water, highway, second-level windows, and elevated deck)

Hot Tub Rules

Use at your own risk
Rinse off and wipe feet before entering
Children under 5: only if water is cooled to 98°F
Pregnant guests: consult a physician before use
Maximum 4 people
Do not exceed 104°F
Limit soak to 15–20 minutes
