A quick 3 minute drive or a quick walk down the hill for a top notch breakfast or lunch, or grocery run at Sunfrost Farms and the new Bearsville Theater Complex. Forty minutes to Hunter Mountain or 35 minutes to Belleayre Mountain for great skiing and snowboarding. Free parking onsite.

The large screened in porch, furnished with hand made furniture from a local craftsman, brings the outside in, perfect for relaxing, dining, or sipping your favorite beverage. Ceiling fans in the porch cool you off on a warm Summer's night.

The cottage is footsteps away from a 20' x 40' heated, salt water pool and private blue stone patio and fire pit with a circle of comfy Adirondack chairs for relaxing around the fire. Lot's of Adirondack chairs around the pool too. The pool is adjacent to the main house.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and pool area except for the brief dips in the pool my husband and I take a few times a day when the guests are off the property. Guests are invited and encouraged to enjoy and spend all the time they like in the pool and pool area, and enjoy the many sitting areas, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and chairs, and pool toys. Feel free to make yourself at home.
