If you are looking for a really nice place for your vacation then check out something special. My lovely home offers a newly resurfaced private pool and spa with pool rails. Enjoy a large pool deck overlooking a quiet and secluded conservation area and watch the wild life. Plenty of pool furniture and a gas grill is available. My tastefully decorated home offers comfortable accommodations for family groups.
Children's rooms are super cute. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras most homes do not supply. The well equipped air condition game room is perfect for entertaining "kids" of all ages. Safe resort for children, walking, biking, and running. Enjoy what Emerald Island has to offer including community heated pool and spa, nature trails, tiki bar for drinks/snacks. The home is minutes away from shops, restaurants and close (five miles) to Disney World. There is an adventure playground area just opposite our home. Beautiful gated neighborhood for those leisurely evening walks. Pets welcomed. POOL HEAT AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST-$25/NIGHT EXTRA

We had a great family vacation!! Wonderful location near Disney and not a bad drive to Universal and City Walk. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to walk with our pup every day.

Thank you for your feedback. Your comment regarding my home being lovely is appreciated. We had a lot of communication before and during your stay which I encourage to have a great outcome. However there was no mention of a barking dog nearby. I do not know what were the circumstances of this dogs situation but I do have ways to address nuisance noise if I were aware. It could have been another guests dog or perhaps a dog sitter not minding the dog properly. This was most unfortunate and could have prevented the negative comment. For my future guests considering booking my home please consider this situation as an unusual incident. Regards Eva

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. This home is very well maintained and cared for. The location is perfect. Close to everything while providing a quite relaxing space. We had a lovely stay here and hope to return again.

Perfect place to stay for summit

This home was so clean and comfortable. It is so convenient and close to all the Disney parks and ESPN sports. Easy check in and host promptly responded as needed. We will stay again next year!!

Beautiful home

We stayed 2 weeks and this home offers everything you need. The pool area and hot tub really was all we needed to relax. Awesome view out back.

Best Place in Emerald Isle

This house is perfect. Plenty of room and all the amenities. Eva the owner has made sure your stay will be like being at home. Location is quiet with a beautiful view in the back. The house is only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice ranch with pool

It is a very nice ranch with pool in a gated subdivision.. It is clean, quiet and close to Disney World.

The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful for any questions.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only minus was the main TV (hooked up to the internet) which sometimes lost connection interrupting our programs.

House is in a safe gated community. Clean and the beds are so comfortable! Eva was very responsive to each request or needs that we had. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay.

My wife and I are regular renters of this property. We thoroughly enjoy bringing our two grandchildren with us during our stays. The kids love the pool and playing in the garage play area. The home is well furnished and comfortably laid out. The location is in a gated community and close to all the attractions. The hosts are great and very accommodating. We look forward to our next return.

Our home base is in northern Delaware. My husband and I met in 7th grade in a small borough right outside Philadelphia. We grew up together, went our separate ways and came back together again over 20 years ago. We have had a couple moves but didn't move to far away from our roots. I retired from hospital nursing and my hubby retired from Coke Cola, bought a business then sold it. We always wanted a home in Emerald Island so during the pandemic time I managed to purchase our home. It has been a dream to fix it up and share with our bookers as well as our family. I love being a host. It gives me great joy to hear their stories and why they like our home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We visited Emerald Island for years renting a place and dreamed of having a place of our own. It is a quaint and unique resort. Not huge like some that are noisy and to much traffic. It's a safe family oriented area.
