Funtastic Getaway est situé dans le complexe d’Emerald Island Resort, ouvert 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. Le Club House propose une gamme d'équipements gratuits à la disposition de tous les clients séjournant chez nous gratuitement. Le club house propose un bar tiki, un sauna / hammam, une salle de remise en forme et plus encore. Emerald Island est parfaitement situé aux portes de Disney et à proximité des meilleurs magasins et restaurants

La maison a été améliorée avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Avec 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, 6 télévisions à écran plat, une télé de 60 ', une salle de jeux et une piscine privée chauffée avec spa au sud. Disney World est à seulement 6 km.

Vacation getaway

We love this property! We have stayed here two times and love it! Gerry makes the reservation and checking in process easy, the property is clean and has everything you need. The emmenities are fantastic and it is close to everything you could want to do or see in the Orlando area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Disney Vacation

We had an amazing experience at this property. Jerry was very attentive, accommodating and timely with his responses. The property itself was very clean, and we had a wonderful time staying there. Great house for easy Disney commute!

We were in town to attend an event at ESPN WWS and spend some time at the parks. The house was exactly as advertised and a very easy commute to the parks. The owner was very prompt in his communication and quickly answered my questions before and during the trip.

Gery is the best host we have met so far

Gery went above and beyond any host we have met so far to make sure we had a great family vacation during our stay at the funtastic house in Emerald Island. Kids loved their bedrooms, the pool and the game room. The property was nicely appointed in gated community and very clean. Thanks Gery we will be booking your star wars home next time we come to Florida.

Incredible Experience

This property did not disappoint in the least - every aspect exceeded expectations. Great location for park access and shopping, home was clean, modern, and very well equipped. Games room was a hit with the family! Would 100% book this venue again and again. Owner and property management were so kind, and very responsive! Thank you so much for an amazing week!

Family Fun Disney Getaway

We stayed at the Funtastic Getaway property for a week and the experience couldn’t have been better! Gerry was very communicative and easy to get a hold of prior to our stay and ensured the check in process was super smooth. The house itself was amazing - super clean, well decorated and furnished as well as being in a great location. The biggest problem we had during our trip was getting our kids out of the super cool game room and into bed! We’ve rented homes in Kissimmee for a few summers now and this is by far the best. 100% would recommend and will likely try to book this house the next time we’re in town!

Wonderful property!

My family stayed here for a recent trip to Disney and Universal. The location was great- only 15 minutes to the parks. There was also a Walmart and Target within a few miles away, which was very convenient. The property was very clean. My kids LOVED the game room. It was amazing. Loved having baby equipment. We used the stroller, crib and high chair. Having these things available at the house made packing much easier. The private pool and spa were great too. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Fabulous Villa

Just returned home after spending 2 weeks in the fabulous Funtastic Getaway villa. The villa was clean and exactly as listed. We all enjoyed the lovely clean pool area and the games room. It was a struggle to get the granddaughters out of the pool as they loved it. The location of the villa is great for Disney as it is only a short drive. Emerald Island is a great, secure resort. Gerry is an excellent host giving all sufficient information prior to your stay. We received an email on the day we arrived, welcoming us and enquiring if everything was ok. Gerry responded to any queries/questions virtually straight away. We highly recommend this villa and hopeful we'll return in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Funtastic Getaway! The villa exceeded all our expectations — the space was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Gerry was a dream host: his communication was prompt, friendly, and always accommodating. Every time we had a question or a request, he was quick to respond and went out of his way to make things smooth and easy.From arrival to departure, everything felt seamless. Host was on top of all things needed, communication was excellent, directions were clear for what needed done prior to and after arrival, clean home…the arcade was the nearest. Will recommend to anyone going to Orlando.

This house was the perfect complement to our Disney vacation. Location of the house was very impressive. Close to all parks, restaurants, and retail. The game room was on point with the video games. The whole family enjoyed ending our days with pool and hot tub time. A really great stay!

Great family house

It was the perfect house for a smaller family or group. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids plates/silverware was a huge bonus for us. The gameroom was incredible and the little kitchen set toy was fantastic for our little one. Our kiddos loved the game counsels in the bedrooms and were surprised to find dvds and a few board games in the tv stand. Pool was just the right size. It was definitely worth paying the little extra to have it heated. We brought a few floaties with us and left them behind for the next guests to enjoy. The gated community the house is in is really nice. Overall, zero complaints and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location for Disney!

We had a great experience! The house was as listed and clean! The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. The game room kept the kids and adults occupied when we weren’t using the pool or hot tub! Future travelers make sure to use the pool cover if paying for heat that made a difference for us. :-)

Nice stay

Overall we had a lovely time at this home. The children loved the pool and game room. It was a quiet neighborhood that has a nature trail and playgrounds to enjoy. The layout of the house was nice and roomy. Comfortable seating and beds all around. We would definitely stay again! My one piece of feedback would be that the house was not as clean as we would have expected when we arrived. It was not dirty but just some dust and dirt on the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a big deal but walking in to an extremely clean place is something we look for when renting places to stay. Thanks for having us! We are hoping to be back next year!!

Family vacation

We stayed as a group five with two adults and three children and absolutely loved the villa,the villa was in a safe and beautiful area not too far from the parks. The villa was very clean and had a large south facing pool,the kids loved the games room and kept us all entertained. Gerry was fantastic and communication was perfect,I would recommend a stay here.

My wife and I live in western Pennsylvania. We have two wonderful teenage boys. We love to travel and have been all over the United States and a good bit of Europe with our two boys. They are veteran travelers! I have had the opportunity to travel around the US for business and have frequently taken my family. My mother is from the lovely country of Luxembourg, and still has close relatives there, so we have had the opportunity to explore many of the neighboring areas throughout Belgium, France and Germany. I can speak a little bit of French and a tiny bit of German. My brother spent about 8 years in England, and I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to visit him in this most beautiful of countries on several occasions. Our family would rarely travel to the same destination repeatedly with the exception of Orlando (there is just so much to do!). A few years ago, we traveled to Disney World with our family and 3 grandparents (7 of us total). My wife had the brilliant idea to rent a vacation home and we all enjoyed it so much, we decided to look into purchasing our own. We did so well with our first vacation property and had so much fun, that we decided to try a second one and see if we could duplicate our success. Things went so well with the second property that we have decided to sell all our long-term rentals in Pennsylvania and buy more vacation properties in Florida and this is our main business now. Our family usually enjoys one or two trips to our beautiful homes in Orlando each year, and the rest of the year we rent it out for others to enjoy.
