This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group. The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the quieter members of your group. The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games and access to multiple streaming services. This floor also includes your expansive kitchen and a half bath. On the third floor level are your living quarters. The king bedroom faces a quiet street and enjoys bountiful amounts of sunlight with a line of sight to the sound. GROGEOUS Modern Beach home

This space is everything you expect and much more! The place is spacious and have such a modern vibe. The rooftop deck is picturesque. Such a beautiful home! Jon was an amazing host and was so responsive with any questions and situations. Would def recommend his place to anyone that is looking for a stay near Seattle.

Hip Coastal Community

Safe, friendly, well-established neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, & shops within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Responsible dog owners & dog friendly neighborhood for walking furry family members. Roof top fire pit (warmth & s’mores) & seating is great but the expansive view of the water, sky, islands, & distant mountains is priceless. Even family from other parts of Seattle were very impressed with everything about their stay. We would gather here, again.

Perfect Retreat!

My spouse and I had to find a place to stay while our water and electrical was turned off for the day at our house. I came across Jonathan’s home and had no doubt it would be perfect for our needs. And it was! Jonathan’s home is welcoming and fun - a total beach home that has incredible views of the Puget Sound from the rooftop patio. It was rather windy and rainy during our stay so we didn’t spend time up there. But I can imagine what it would be like on a warm, sunny day! The bedrooms were perfect for us. The kingsize bed was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having the dresser unit in the room to hang up hoodies and jackets. We only stayed a short while so we didn’t unpack (no use of the drawers), but each room had a luggage rack which was a perfect touch. The bathroom is incredible. The rain shower was super relaxing and the soap products were really lovely. I am gonna find the products Jonathan uses because they were so nice. Jonathan also provides basic toiletries in the drawer which was another really nice touch. We ended up ordering food and not using the kitchen, but it’s a full kitchen equipped with full stove and oven. The microwave is modern and heats food up perfectly. Last important call out is that Jonathan’s home has the strongest wifi. Accessible from all three floors and with full bar reception, no less, we were able to work no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and a beautiful home! Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a fantastic 3-day weekend trip to Seattle and really enjoyed our stay at this West Seattle VRBO rental (listing here). The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group of five, with three bedrooms. The location was perfect for us—quiet and convenient for exploring West Seattle. Jonathan, the host, was excellent—very communicative and clearly cared that we had a great stay. Overall, we had a smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

Great layout

We had a great stay. The house suited our family of 4 well for a weekend away. I loved that I could walk out the door and hop on a trail for running. The rooftop deck view was beautiful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

If Only . . . . .

If only the pictures could show the real property. This home probably years ago was amazing but now there is an extreme lack of care when it comes to the cleanliness of the home. There was dust and dirt everywhere including pet hair and stained furniture. The beds were horrible including the pillows with cleaning rags and dish towels presented as bathroom linens. The only thing worth the price is the location as we literally asked to cancel our reservations within 3hrs of being on the property after throughly investigating the dirty mess and worn furniture. There are so many better options in the area than to waste your money here unless you are bringing your own cleaning crew and interior designer. The host will be responsive and refunded one night even though we were only in the property less than 12hrs but more importantly is if you have an experience like mine the host can decide what and how much money you get back even if you inform them right away. I would recommend alternative lodging so you don’t experience what I did.

A wonderful townhome in an awesome location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The townhome was just as described, it was clean, well taken care of, and communication from Jonathan was excellent!

Great stay in Seattle

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the house and location during an extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and the 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space. The location is perfect access to downtown seattle as well as SeaTac. The host had everything you needed and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back when it's warmer, but I recommend the home year-round. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay. There was a broken item when we arrived that was fixed immediately. Third bedroom not equivalent to other two. Would be good to show this in the photos.

Amazing location!

Absolutely amazing location! Only downside for us is that there is limited space on the ground level so most will have to carry your suitcases up multiple staircases. Location was great, house was great and communication with the owner was great!

Seattle visit

First time in Seattle. Wanted to sightsee. Perfect location and beautiful home. Loved the extras- beer, wine, snacks- nice touch! Only a few things I’d add- dish towels and more comfortable seating on rooftop. Pet area on rooftop was super cute!

Great Place for Family

The place was in a good location near the shore, very clean and well equipped, and enough space for our family of 5 to spread out a bit. It has beautiful sunset views from the roof and was enjoyed by the whole family.

Beautiful Alki Beach

The place was just as advertised. Beautiful home with a rooftop deck including a fire pit and fantastic panoramic views of the water & mountains. It’s a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurant options within walking distance.

Hosts Thought of Everything

This place was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities. There were games, snacks, complimentary wine and streaming capabilities to name a few. The rooftop deck was simply a beautiful place to hang out and high quality linen in the main bedrooms was very comfy and promoted restful sleep. There are lots of stairs but that is well advertised in the listing. Close walking proximity to Alki beach and all the beach shops. A lovely get-away.

Perfect Alki Beach Rental

I rented this home for my out of town family to stay in and this was perfect. The home is light filled, clean and well located near Alki. We loved enjoying sunsets on the roof. The snacks, games, smart TV, and well-stocked kitchen were amazing bonuses. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing weekend at Alki

This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!

Great stay

We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. We’ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!
