Just a couple blocks off 111 in north Palm Springs, this home commands an ultra-convenient location. Walk to the neighborhood grocery store in less than 10 minutes and drive to downtown Palm Springs in 5 minutes.

Visit the Palm Springs VillageFest every Thursday night, all year round. This weekly street fair features entertainment, food, and vendors offering everything from jewelry and beauty products to delicious snacks.

Golf enthusiasts should check out the Escena Golf Club, just 2.5 miles away, or the Cimarron Golf Resort, located less than 5 miles from home.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
