Welcome to Vista Palm! A luxurious, renovated Palm Springs oasis! This mid-century estate showcases a spacious backyard, heated pool, hot tub (free) & spectacular mountain views. Indulge under the shaded pergola, outdoor dining, gas BBQ & fire pit. Endless entertainment awaits: party games, cornhole, croquet & pool toys, beautiful evening lights, or quiet relaxation—just a 5 min drive from downtown Palm Springs. This 3 bed 2 bath house sits in a quiet neighborhood waiting for you!

Vista Palm is located in the up and coming area of North Palm Springs, it sits on a 10,000 square foot lot, a perfect getaway, including a newly renovated house and beautiful backyard with incredible mountain views!



This resort-style home was completely remodeled inside and out. The bedrooms and spa-style bathrooms are stylishly designed and decorated with a mid-century modern vibe— lots of color, high-end furnishings, and swanky dĂ©cor. The open floor plan has a free-flowing & inviting indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for lounging, dining, relaxing, or hanging with friends & family. For those looking to work remotely, Vista Palm is equipped with a desk, which doubles as a vanity table.



The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + an outdoor shower.

For those who love to entertain, you won’t find a better place in Palm Springs.
The beautiful kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or some cocktails for the group!



There are plenty of dining options at Vista Palm. Inside, you can keep it casual at the large kitchen island, or gather around the dining table right off the kitchen. Outside, dine al fresco under the pergola, snack by the chaise lounges, or gather around the fire pit.



There is a covered carport, and a driveway, for your vehicles. Vista Palm has a brand new, large capacity washer and dryer.



There are security cameras in the front of the home, and carport, but none inside the home or in the backyard.

*NOW INCLUDES LEVEL 2 EV CHARGER* - with a J1772 plug which is used on most non-Tesla EVs. If you have a Tesla, please make sure to bring your J1772 to tesla adapter.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Very quiet, family friendly neighborhood located just north of downtown Palm Springs.

We suggest bringing or renting your own car. But uber / Lyft are available anytime.

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

*Heating the pool is $85/day*

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

*if you are staying for 28+ nights we take a gas deposit and return what wasn’t used at the end of your stay.

Pet fee is $150 per pet. *if you are staying for over 14 days this fee will increase.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.

9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

- No more than 3 cars are allowed in the driveway or on the street. If so the city will find out and the extra cars will be towed.

- While we have 3 Roku TVs in the house we do not provide log in information for streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and other. If you have accounts with those channel you can log in using your credentials.

- Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub when not in use.


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.



During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules (per the city):

1) No music or sound is allowed outside at any time (including TVs, phones, radios, or any device).

2) Sound from inside the home that can be heard outside is also not allowed.

3) Quiet hours are in effect 24 hours a day. Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Per City of Palm Springs regulations, outdoor music or amplified sound is strictly prohibited at any time. Violations may result in fines issued by the city, which will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

4) Voices carry easily due to the quiet neighborhood and surrounding mountains—be mindful.

5) Keep pool noise and activities at a reasonable level—no excessive or prolonged screaming.

6) Noise complaints can lead to a visit from City Code Officers and possible citations.

7) Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed; use the driveway or garage first before street parking.

Other things to note about the home:

Pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Tuesday, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay..

MID-STAY CLEANING: For any reservations of 28 nights or more, we do require a cleaning every 2 weeks. This is at the cost of the guest and its $75/hr (minimum 2 hours) for cleaning. This will be collected after you book.

Maximum occupancy - the number of people on your reservation, for guests please seek pre-approval from host.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

Great Pool & Fun Stay

It is exactly like the pics, although the strong wind causes high amount of debris. Pool only looks that clean for 1/2 of one day. Between the city's rules and regs and the owner's websites or vendors I had to navigate to four (4) seperate sites to book, pay, confirm short term rental compliance and submit ID and security deposit. Surely there is a more efficient way for guests to stay?

Well, almost good.

Property itself was nice inside. The neighborhood was very sketchy. Two houses across the street are boarded up. Most houses on the block have multiple broken down cars in the front yard. Maintenance shows up without notice and lets themselves in the backyard. Proceeds to drain the hot tub for a light replacement. After leaving when the repair was done, the heater was not put back on as I was told it was. I turned it on and the hot tub drained in to the pool. (Valve position not put back). After another visit, it was refilled. We were there for only two days and one of the biggest reason for choosing the property was the hot tub. Oh yeah, this all happened on Easter Sunday. Not cool. Bought steaks for a bbq and got ready to cook them and the bbq was not installed properly and only had a tiny flame. Unusable. Pan fried as the only option. Also, big pile of construction debris in the side yard that you are staring at while using the fire pit. Very close but glaring issues leave a bad taste in your mouth.
