Celebrated 70th birthday with family, loved the home, location, and accommodations. Something to do for all ages, Will definitely return again in future. The setup of the back yard was amazing for pool time and grilling outdoors.

Great house for a family gathering. Spacious rooms throughout the house, an easy walk to the beach, loads of toys and games to keep all ages entertained both indoor and outside around the pool. We would love to come back in the future

Very spacious, clean property. The pool was fantastic and loved having the game room options! It was also so nice to have all the beach equipment available.The host communicated well and very quickly accommodated is when we arrived earlier than expected. We had a relaxing stay and loved the proximity to so many options!

Fun Family Spring Break

Our family loved this house! Kids loved the pool and game room. Everyone felt the rooms were big and comfortable. Great location in Jax Beach too!

This beautiful home is in a fantastic location and is very well appointed! The game room was terrific, we so enjoyed our family matchups in foosball and ping pong. The weather was fantastic, so we really enjoyed the pool! The property manager was very thorough and communication was stellar! We really enjoyed our time here! We hope to return!! We highly recommend this home for your visit to Jacksonville Beach!!

Traveling with my family and wanted to all be together and have fun. This property helped us achieve that. The house was organized beautifully labels for remotes kitchen cabinets. The pool was wonderful towels were available for us to use. The only reason for 4 stars was for a house that sleeps 10 it was with the 8 of us there it was a challenge with the bathroom use and I wish at least at mirror was put in the bedroom besides the master to help get ready. But all and all I was pleased.

Family Fun

We had a great stay at Seabreeze. Quiet neighborhood convenient to the beach and many dining options. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We really appreciated the supplies on hand like ziploc bags, wrap and detergent- so nice not to have to bring or buy.

Family visit

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family get together. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We had such a great time in the pool and game room. Bedrooms are spacious. The grandmas loved the airstream! The home is convenient to beaches and shopping and restaurants. Would happily stay there again!

Fabulous property! We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one was one of our favorites! Walkable to beach & dining. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great pool & patio. Fun game room. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Jacksonville! We had 8 adults and 5 children (ages 1-4) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and updated. The game room was so cool and the pool was perfect. There is a park close by we could walk to with the kids and there were lots of restaurants near by. Definitely would recommended!

GREAT PROPERTY

Highly recommend this property. It had all the comforts of a home and the amenities of a resort. Fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath products, great garage converted into game room and a beautiful pool. Management responded to any questions quickly and even recommended a golf cart rental literally not a si gle thing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return
