Introducing our stunning two-story, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house, a perfect family getaway! Renovated to perfection, this exquisite property boasts a private fenced-in backyard pool, lounge area, and a newly installed putting green. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, just nine blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and space for an RV or boat make this home a convenient choice.

Indulge in modern comforts with smart TVs in every room, including the outdoor patio. The garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a delightful space for kids, complete with two single beds. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining.

Step into the backyard paradise, featuring a built-in gas fire pit, a water lounge ledge, and an outdoor dining and living area. Fire up the large gas grill for a delightful barbecue experience. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy cable TV throughout your stay.

A short walk, less than half a mile, takes you to the beach. A few blocks away, you'll discover the best park at the beaches, featuring a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a sprawling playground.

For added convenience and security, our property features a smart lock system with a personalized entry code assigned to each guest.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Dog friendly:
We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
