Excellent Property

This house was perfect for 2 couples and 2 dogs. It is the perfect layout for a group of people with its open floor plan. The location was also perfect for any of the many activities at the beach and in town. Very relaxing with a nice view of the golf course. Great places to walk the dogs!! You just cannot go wrong with this rental!! The owner was very easy to deal with and very accommodating!! Would rent again and again!

This home is beautiful and has a lot of space for you and your families to enjoy

This was my first house that I reserved and i reserved it for my 14 family members , we all were so happy and overwhelmed how much space this home has , and having a pool inside the home was a bonus, and the beaches were like 10 mins from us big time plus ! House was so welcoming ! The owner was so nice when I spoke to her about my concern ! Thank you so much for letting my family stay at your beautiful home again đŸ™đŸŒ

Great for family get together

Plenty of room for two+ families. Back porch and pool are totally screened in together. It was well appointed and a quick ride to the beach. They even had two mini fridges on the porch for extra drinks We would stay again. Heck I would buy it for my family. Just 2 notes. The golf course hole is really close in the back yard. You will have visitors in the yard all day and golf balls bouncing off the trees and screen. We just gathered up the good ones for ourselves and waved at the golfers. Also, bring bug spray. Without it we were unable to enjoy the back porch after dusk. We just went to Publix and bought some yard spray and coated the area every 4-6 hrs if we were outside. We had a good time and would return.

Pictures of home were a little deceiving. Furniture was out-dated and worn. Floors were dirty, so we cleaned them ourselves , pool had a lot of floaties in it (although it had just rained, so some of these probably had just infiltrated their way through the screen surrounding the pool. TV internet was basic with few channels, hard if not impossible to hook up playstation to TV, tried to use the owners preexisting playstation to play movie, it wouldn't work. Light in the pool didn't work, some of the lights/lamps inside the house didn't work or were missing bulbs. Some of the kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty. Now the good news, great location on the golf course, pool was always nice and warm (once cleaned). Peaceful part of the community. Beds were nice and firm. This was a large home that could have slept 10-12 people. When I called about the cleaning issue, the owner was very congenial and would have had the pool and house cleaner come back in if we had wanted them. This was also a pet friendly home..although it had no odor or evidence of pets being here. Again, overall good.

Perfect Fit for Our Family

My family of 13 from all around the states visited Jacksonville for a wedding and this home was a perfect fit for all of us. We were comfortable and did not feel as though we were on top of each other. Loved the open layout which allowed us to be in the kitchen and still visiting with everyone sitting around. The pool was clean, warm and large with plenty of pool toys. Be sure to read the pool's letter (thought that was cute) which sits on the window sill above the kitchen sink. There were plenty of games to play and one of my nephews found a skyscraper building set that kept him busy. If you have smaller children there are beach toys as well! We visited the beach a couple of times and found a few nice shells. We did have a couple of issues that the property owner was prompt to respond to and had them dealt with to the best of her ability and in timely fashion. Please bear in mind that the property owner does have a job and may not be able to respond immediately to you. I found that texting her worked very nicely. The neighborhood was very quiet. We saw lots of people walking their dogs and biking on a nice pathway across the street from the house. Our guys had fun hunting golf balls and even hitting some back to the golfers. We enjoyed a little walk through a nature preserve with entrance just down the street. No car needed from the rental property. We found that the recycling actually goes out on the same day that the regular trash goes out. Signage in the house states that the regular trash goes out on Monday and recycling goes out on Tuesday. Treat this home as though it were yours and we can all enjoy it for years to come. Some minor repairs and deep cleaning would raise my rating to a 5. Regardless, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner is great to work with!

We had a great stay despite the previous guests leaving the property a mess and breaking things. The owners were very apologetic and did there best mitigate the situation. The home is beautiful and the star is the pool. Everything is a bit dated but still functional. I do wish the grill was in working order as we had planned to grill but that is minor.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house is a hidden gem. Minutes from the beach. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. The host has done a lot to maximize the space. If they invested in a pool heater that would make this a 10/10.

Loved the house and location. Easy check in and check out. Tons of room and great kitchen. Pool area is very nice and clean. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Beach Retreat on the Fairway

This property was perfect for our family of nine which included six adults and three children ages 7 - 10. It is difficult to find a short-rental ideally suited to sleep families with children. The three-bed bedroom provided the three granddaughters their own beds. The girls completely enjoyed their bedroom with their own TV (which, as always, was closely monitored by adults). The other three bedrooms with king, queen, and two twin beds also provided just-right sleeping arrangements. Beds were comfortable. Gathering places were also comfortable. The remodeled open floor plan was well done. The kitchen was nice with relatively new appliances although fresh items in the refrigerator draws froze solid. The Grands really enjoyed the pool. Access to the pool was convenient; wet swimmers did not have to walk through the house for restrooms, etc. We had expected to spend 99.9% of our time in the pool/screened-in area. However, the table and chairs were too rickety for comfort, so all meals were taken inside. Also, the grill was out of gas. The owner suggested I remove the tank and exchange it, and she would reimburse me, but I felt that was not my responsibility. We went to plan-B. Perhaps a reimbursement is in order since the grill was not provided as advertised. The house has good curb appeal. However, upon arrival we found a motor home parked in the driveway. This was disconcerting as we didn’t know if previous renters were still there, if the cleaning crew was still inside

Good home for a good rate

Nice home with a decent sized pool. Plenty of TVs and space for everyone. Very affordable rate too. Could have been a little cleaner, but other than that it was an excellent stay. Property manager was very communicative and friendly

Good location

Overall, it was a good place to stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Most of the interior of the house has been updated. Nice to have TV's in several rooms. The converted garage into a bedroom was large and good for the kids, though the window coverings didn't cover the windows so it was fairly bright whenever there was sunlight (even early in the morning). The exterior, pool, screened enclosure, and deck need significant updating. Because of the cold (for Florida) weather, we didn't use the screen enclosure much but might have used it more if it was nicer. The grill on the back lanai was great. Overall, it was good for what we needed but could use some considerable remodeling in certain areas (like what several neighboring homes were doing while we stayed there).
