The ultimate Florida beach retreat in this newly remodeled home, where you can bask in the luxury of a heated pool and a vast, lush backyard complete with a putting green and a charming screened-in patio. The interior is expertly adorned to provide a stylish oasis. The house is fully equipped to enjoy the comforts of home, including yard games, and a top-of-the-line gas grill. As the day winds down, you can enjoy some friendly competition in the garage with a game of pool or darts
The property is centrally located to the beach, shopping, dining and other attractions

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

We loved this house! We had a quick four night stay and this was just what we needed. Very well stocked, nicely decorated and super easy process to check in and out. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was lovely. Would definitely return!

Lovely home

Property exactly as described. Great location with simple driving access to beach. Wonderful pool and back yard, complete with putting green. Sizable parking for four vehicles. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very responsive hosts. Can’t wait for next stay!

Wonderful home to relax and enjoy family.

The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the neighborhood, Cinotti's bakery, the beach, and just relaxing. Great trip catching up with family and friends in the Jacksonville area. Location was convenient for those we were visiting.

Fun place to stay. Very clean loved the location to Sawgrass and beach! Beautiful area. Strings the neighborhood sports bar was a fun place to walk to.

Spring Break Getaway

Great property for spring break getaway! Plenty of chairs for the beach and the wagon was a life saver. Ocean was chilly but the heated pool was a great way to end the day!

wonderful home in Jax Beach

Our family of 5 stayed at Palm Grove for a week in July. We have had great experiences renting thru Welcome Home, and this time was no different! The house was very comfortable for our family. Welcome Home is very attentive to needs should any arise. The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for the week. We swam in the pool every day, and the covered patio out back allowed us to be outside even if a rain shower passed thru. The location is great. Our son lives in Jax Beach, and we will for sure consider renting this home again when visiting. Thx, Welcome Home!

Everything you need

Our family vacationed here for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, the pool was a highlight of the trip with a really great sunroom to hangout in. Great setup with TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a week. Great Weber grill outside with all necessary grill ware and a backup tank. Plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella. We played some pool in the garage as well. Overall this was a great stay. Only area of improvement would be for new mattresses. Excellent customer service and super responsive, Yvonne and Gary helped us with a high chair and had one there and set up in a matter of 20. We’ll definitely look to stay with Welcomehome Rentals again.

great property..close to everything that you would want...pet friendly was very nice....very clean house and quiet neighborhood....had an issue with pool which was quickly resolved by property manager and host....would definitely recommend this rental.

we were very pleased. Great amenities with the little putting green and the warm pool and the back porch in the pool table. It was so perfect for art extended family from England. Mike and his staff were so helpful.

Seriously an awesome stay

So I have VRBO's in Cape San Blas and Destin, and I was still impressed by the house. Everything it claimed to be and more. The management company Welcome Home was seriously awesome to work with. Not only were they responsive, but easy to work with! I would stay again, and recommend to anyone that is looking to stay in the Jacksonville beach area. Thank you!!!
