There's plenty of room for your whole group to unwind in the spacious, beautifully decorated condo. Stretch out on the sectional and watch favorite TV shows in the living room. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything the chef needs to prepare home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, grab a seat in the lovely dining space or at the kitchen bar. End your days watching lovely sunsets from a private furnished balcony that overlooks the bay.

There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Dock details: The dock will fit a boat up to 23 ft and 8,000 lbs. and has a boat slip and lift.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was and easy walk to boardwalk and beach nice view of the bay. very spacious i had 6 teenage boys and a 4 year old daughter and we weren’t getting in each others way. any communication was quickly responded. very helpful and very satisfactory thank you for having us we will be back

The location and the spaciousness of the condo was great. But the condo is in need of a new cleaning service. Homeowner needs to be more involved.

Condo is beautiful. Location is perfect. View is stunning. But clean? NOPE. I wish I could give this 5 stars but cleanliness is too important.

Condo

The condo was a beautiful unit along with the view the only downfall was the unit was very dirt the floors were horrible. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath so dirty I turned on the jets and all kinds of black stuff and hair was coming out of the jets needles to say I would prepare to clean the unit before settling in. All in all I would book the unit again great location.

The Condo

The stay was okay, The bed in the Master room was broken, and the owners needs to update the furniture and make sure the cleaning stay clean up thoroughly. Overall we still had a good time

Best Condo Experience

We absolutely loved our vacation at this condo. We came with two adults and three teenagers. The walk from the condo to the beach was quick and simpler than other crossings. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The access to the beach on tenth street is a block away from a boardwalk bathroom and it had pay to park to make quick drop offs of beach gear. The view of the bay from the balcony was beautiful. Lots of birds and boats to watch. The condo was VERY spacious and provided privacy for all when needed. All amenities were in perfect working order and made cooking very easy. It honestly felt like a home away from home.

Overall review

The location is very good, the issue we had is that the floor has not been cleaned in sometime. My white socks were black on day 1. The laundry room door has a lot of lint on it. There is dust on the walls. The patio also needs cleaning. The floor was slippery and the furniture needs a good power washing.The rooms were very nice and spacious.

OCMD family and friend get away.

This condo was very spacious for our large group. It has an amazing balcony and veiw of the bay. My biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. Floors dirty and sandy. Bed sheets were changed and cleaned, but upon check out I stipped all beds to find mattress covers were stained and dirty one with blood. I had to clean and wipe bathrooms down before even starting our vacation. The commumication with the rental company was prompt but 100% AI. I sent pictures during our entire stay to show things that were broken and just dirty. I did get a response but nothing that I wanted anyone to fix while my family was already there. I would say way over priced for condition of the property.

This unit is very nice and accommodating, good sleeping accommodations for families and has a beautiful bay view and not a bad walk to the beach. Nice locale to the boards. Big downfall is they need to find people who know how to truly clean the unit between guests so when people arrive at the end of a day (since checkin's not till 4), they don't walk into hair and sand in bathtubs, along with sand all over the floors, dirty flrs, sticky countertops among other things. Housekeepers do better or don't get paid! Vacasa took my cleaning fees and didn't offer to give anything back when we had to clean that place ourselves while dealing with children and unloading upon our 6:00 pm arrival. Disappointing and unacceptable!

Beautiful

Lots of room for everyone. Bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of room for all your things. We cooked in and they had everything we needed to make a meal. Great views and sunsets. Highly recommend.
