This unit is Amazing, the perfect Luxury 3 bedroom waterfront end Unit that faces the marina. The perfect location to watch the White Marlin Open from the Balcony! This condo features a floor plan with an open living space, living room gas fireplace & top of the line finishes throughout, large kitchen island with seating, all granite counter tops in the kitchen. Water front master suite with walk-in closet, full bath with double vanities, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Two spacious guest bedrooms featuring large closets, plenty of storage space. You'll fall in love with the interior design, floor plan, deck views & location. So close to many Ocean City attractions, shopping & restaurants. Perhaps an evening walk to the marina to watch the boats arrive after a day of fishing. So many options to entertain your family & friends or simply watching the sunset from your balcony. Great amenities; indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor shower, bike rack, 2 elevators and 2 parking spaces.

Oceans Calling!!!

Stayed here for Oceans Calling festival. The walk there was around 30 mins but it was a breeze as we just took the boardwalk all the way down. However, the beach is only like a 5 min walk away. The unit was super clean and quiet. We loved our stay and fell in love with Ocean City. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful, large condo

Came to stay in Sept. The condo was great. Parking was a breeze and also had plenty of street parking. Great location. My only negative is there is no accessible closet in the main bedroom. It is locked for an owners closet. There are also 2 hall closets that are locked owners closets.accesslocked as an owners closet

Relaxing stay at a GREAT place

This property was OUTSTANDING! It was very clean and true to the photos online. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location and amenities were awesome as well. The accessibility to different locations around town was very good as well. I especially was happy with the communication and quick response with the owner, she was such a joy to talk to. If possible I will be staying there again.

Great Place, Great Location!

Very spacious, clean, 3BR, 2 1/2 bath condo. Great balcony overlooking the marina / cove. Great location relative to restaurants, beach. Quiet. In a well maintained, well run building. I'd come here again!

The host was wonderful and quickly responded to questions. The unit is fantastic. I have stayed in multiple units in the building and really liked this one. Looking forward to renting it again in the future.

What a great vacation for the family. Everything was in walking distance. Condo is beautiful and spacious. The sunset off the balcony is gorgeous. The owners were accessible and genuine!!

The place is very nice and it’s a great location. I’ve never stayed a place so family friendly that close to the boardwalk. The host is definitely the icing on the cake though. Very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We hope to be back soon. :)

Harbor Hot Spot

We arrived for a long weekend getaway. Location of the condo was bay side on the harbor. Perfect view of the boats. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. The condo was beautiful. Very spacious. Lots of cooking utensils. Indoor pool and weight room. Elevator😁. The host responded to us timely. Was a great trip. Would rent again in a heartbeat 🌞🌞🌞

Incredible stay

First, Britney is amazing. She was extremely responsive, professional and helpful. She broke down all the eateries to try out, activities and places suitable for toddlers. I couldn’t ask for a better and more thoughtful host. Second, her home is stunning. Pictures don’t do it any justice. The home is walking distance from everything and it’s so peaceful and quiet. Thank you, Britney for sharing your home and suggestions. You’ve helped me create beautiful memories for my family.

Pretty Good Stay but had a few issues

We are a family with 2 children (2.5 yr and 7 month) so our needs may differ from other folks. We liked the place but it did fall short in some areas. First, Brittany communicates at an extremely high level and is unbelievably quick to respond. The property is advertised and represented appropriately in the ad. The Good: *Unit is well maintained and relatively clean (carpets don’t have stains, bathrooms are clean, couches are leather and clean) * Brittany stocks the bathroom with TP, hand towels, and soap and the kitchen has trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and even laundry pods. This is so helpful because nobody wants to bring/buy that stuff for a weeklong stay. * The location is great. Short walk to beach/boardwalk and dining. * unit is secure. You need a code to get in the elevator, digital door lock. This made my wife feel very safe/secure. * The indoor pool was a really nice amenity. We used this everyday. Also- the exercise room was good to have as well. The not so good: * Not sure the place was cleaned very well. Our 7 month old found a jelly bean on the floor and almost choked. This was disturbing. Brittany did offer a solution which we accepted. That did- this May bro be an issue for a family that doesn’t have very small children. Also- there was left over food in the refrigerator and freezer which we found to be a turnoff. * the TV in the main room was not great. We never did get the cable to work and trying to plug the hdmi cable into other inputs was impossible unless you take the tv off of the wall which we did not feel comfortable doing. This was the only time we never got a response or solution from the host on. We tried plugging in the kids fire stick to the side input (the only accessible input) and that did not work. So- our children were unable to watch TV in the main room which was a big issue for us because the weather wasn’t great on some days and anyone with kids knows that you have to keep them entertained and a little Netflix always helps. * we did notice an unusual amount of small black ants in the main room and the master bath. We spoke to another family in the building on the same floor and they experienced the same issue. * the garbage disposal and ice dispenser did not work. The host did tell us this but not until after we checked in. Not a big deal and not a deterrent for us but still would have been nice to know prior to arrival. * there are no luggage carts to assist with move in/move out.

Mid Atlantic 500

We had our boat in town to fish the Mid Atlantic 500. This property was very well maintained, equipped, and in prime location. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for having us!
