Perfect Beach House with Heated Pool

This charming single-story beach house has recently undergone a complete renovation. It is nestled in a peaceful and centrally located neighborhood in Jax Beach, just a short 8-block stroll from the beautiful coastline. POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
