The Sand Castle is a spacious home covering 2,423 square feet, providing ample space for a family or group of 12 with two separate living areas. The open downstairs living room offers a cozy retreat for relaxation, while the younger members of the family can enjoy the upstairs living area. No vacation home is complete without a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and a dedicated coffee/tea bar.

The property includes five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, along with two living areas. Everything you need for an enjoyable family stay is right here.

This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, located under two miles from the beach. Beach towels and essentials are provided; just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the ocean and salt air. The home is also pet-friendly and work-friendly if you need to stay connected. It is situated three miles from the Mayo Clinic and a short drive to local shops and restaurants.

If you enjoy boating, there is boat parking available at the house, and the marina is just three blocks away!

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Great place!!!

Excellent location. Plenty to do at the home for entertainment. Pool, many TV’s, pool table, shuffle board, lawn games etc. Very clean and well laid out. Quite neighborhood.

Awesome place

I will definitely stay there again. Beautiful location, safe for the whole family. Loved the bedrooms and bathroom. Fully stock kitchen. Amazing deck and pool. Yard games and house were a hit for the kids. The only thing I will recommend is to add a TV in the front bedroom and a shower to the half bathroom for the ones using the bedroom in the first floor, as they were the elderley the front bat

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was roomy, comfortable and VERY accommodating! The fact that the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and the backyard were stocked full of everything we needed was absolutely amazing! The only complaint we had was that the floors needed an extra mop down. Other than that, we were completely impressed with this home! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Sand Castle vacay

We had a fantastic time! The pool was great. We had 9 people with plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. The house felt secluded but close to stores and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Graduation Family Weekend

The property was perfect for us and everything about it was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was beautiful with older homes and tall oaks covered in moss that canopy the roads. We walked in the evenings and jogged to beach in the mornings. We played pool and shuffleboard and swam in the pool and grilled. It was everything we wanted for our family gathering. The bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable- extra blankets for the couches would have been nice. They had all the extras that you wouldn’t have to bring, coolers and chairs and pool toys too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Who Dey

The sandcastle was the perfect place for our family to gather for a wonderful long weekend in Jax visiting St Augustine, Jax Beach and the Beautiful stadium for a Who Dey Monday night win! The hosts are very accommodating and everything in the home was perfect. It was a cloudy weekend so the pool, putting green, pool table and other amenities were perfect. I’d definitely rent from the Sandcastle again.

Great Jax Beach HQ

We had a nice time meeting family here, plenty of space, great backyard and pool. The games and activities were fun, especially the mini golf. Our only issue was A/C not keeping the upstairs cool in the afternoon/evening, however, the magmnt was very responsive and made some repairs that significantly improved temperature for our last couple days.

Graduation Celebration

The property was absolutely beautiful and very roomy. We loved everything about it. Very accommodating. One snag, parking is limited to 4 cars but they have room for 7 cars. You have to shuttle people from a parking place blocks away. Not mentioned in listing or reviews.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room and kids loved the pool and putting green as well as the pool table in garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great pool. The AC upstairs never kept the bedrooms cool enough. They sent two people out but still unit seemed to be struggling. Overall the stay was very good.

Sibling reunion

This is our 2nd annual sibling reunion. There were 6 of us. The house sold us on where along the coast we would stay. It was stocked with EVERYTHING and more that we needed. There was plenty of beautiful room's to choose from. We girl's wanted a private pool to soak in and get caught up on each other's life's. Even the guy's got in and enjoyed a soak after a day of golf. The biggest hit of all was the "Bags!" Everyone got into a daily, friendly competition of corn hole. Well done!

A perfect fit!

Myself, my hubs, our two girls and their families stayed for 3 days immediately after Christmas. The home is so open it was perfect without overcrowding. 4 king size beds were perfect! A Queen downstairs for 2 two talkative teen girl cousins was perfect. Bonus points for artificial grass so the nerf war participants didn’t need to be hosed off before coming in. As we had anticipated, being local residents, we knew the pool heater wouldn’t keep up with the 20* temps….disappointing, but expected. The fire pit made up for it. Let’s just say…..this place is truly perfect! Communication was immediate. Over abundance of beach supplies, lots of gaming activities for the kids. Only one little downside….and it may have been us….the remotes for the fans upstairs seem to work other rooms plus their own. I was downstairs in the ginormous primary so didn’t affect me lol. Will definitely be back!!!!!

What a gorgeous place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the home was exactly as advertised, very clean and cozy. Mike was a wonderful host! I have already told a few friends about the place. Thanks for a great experience!
