This is someone's immaculately kept family home. There are plenty of amenities including wifi, toys for young children, USB wall plugs, board games, a smart oven, dishes, lots of fridge space, plenty of towels and extra blankets, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and both central and portable air conditioners.
There are decorations and collections around the place that give you a sense of who lives here, which I found very cute! I am guessing there's a hidden library locked away on the 3rd floor.
The neighborhood is somewhat quiet, very walkable and close to Whole Foods, public transit, bodegas, and many small shops and restaurants. Protip: Ethiopian Cafe is superior to Blue Nile!
What this place does NOT have is a TV or a microwave. Bring your laptop or tablet and maybe you can connect to the projector in the living room. The oven is a perfectly okay way to heat leftovers, as long as you use glass, ceramic or fully-metal dishes. Or use a pan and the stovetop.
