Five of us came to Boston for a baseball game at Fenway. Great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood! Easy walkable access to places to eat and Whole Foods groceries. Place was just as advertised and worked well for all of us. Street parking was easy. Would definitely stay again!
We had a group of friends in town for a Red Sox weekend. It was a great location easy Uber to the ballpark. Plenty of restaurants bear by. Everything you need.
We had a very comfortable stay! The house was well equipped and spacious. It had air condition units (window or portable) in most of the rooms. We had everything we needed.
This is a well located gem. Property was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood has a little bit of everything and all within walking distance. Street parking was super easy too.
We were 6 people in for graduation weekend. The location was close to nice walks. We didnât have a car in our party. A bus to Back Bay was one block away. Otherwise we used Uber. The apartment had lots of space. We were very happy with it.
We were very happy with our stay at Lita's apartment. The only challenge was getting our heavy bags up and down the stairs, but that's because we packed too much for the trip. The apartment is clean, cozy and generously equipped with linens, blankets, and kitchen gear. The location was perfect for our Thanksgiving with nearby family.
Six of us stayed in Litaâs beautiful property as we were coming to Boston for a work event. The house was very clean and Lita was excellent at communicating with us. The location was perfect and created a great space for a group of co-workers to connect with each other more. Thank you!

Parking was a serious challenge. The listing claims there is off street parking. When we arrived there were no spaces to park. Was very disappointed with the challenges associated with parking.
The pictures in the posting made the rooms appear much bigger than the actual size. Having the capacity for eight people was a stretch given the size of the small rooms.
Not having a dishwasher was a bit of an inconvenience and oven was very old. The shower in the master was very small.
The house had a musty oder which made me think there could have been a mold issue or maybe due to the age of the home.
Steep chairs, small bathrooms , could use a grab bar for the tub shower. somewhat cluttered . Overall , spacious, great location and neighborhood. . Quiet, close to transportation .
Convenient to cvs and 711 for last minutes items. Several local restaurants. Parking on steet was great . Enjoyed the Park nearby. Lots joggers and family with kids in the neighborhood.
Seven high school friends reunited for four nights in Boston. The property was in a good location for transportation and roomy enough for seven. We enjoyed the sunny windows and meeting the host.
4 bedrooms and 2 baths made for a great experience. 4 men came in for some Red Sox
Games. . House was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Towels, flatware, coffee makers, toaster. TV, Altho we didnât watch any, charming old decorative accents. Very comfortable location. Easy access to the Stony Brook T line station, Orange line and easy connections to get to the back bay, Fenway l, little Italy and Chinatown. Also UBERâs were available for every trip. Altho about $50 each way, where the T line was $2.40. Something to think about. Lita was the perfect host. Always answered our questions and was responsive to requests.
We had a lovely long weekend stay at this VRBO with lots of character and charm. We were a group of 7, and the beds and space all worked well for us. The rooms were comfortable and we used the stair glide to bring up our suitcases, otherwise it would have been a challenge to bring them up to the second floor. The backyard was sweet to gather. We could have had a few more dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, we did meals both in and out. The park and lake nearby was great for walks, and the transportation to town worked well, thanks for a great stay.
We love old houses, so things that would bother some were charming to us. There were plenty of beds for everyone, most of them were very comfortable. We were thankful to have coffee stocked and ready for us. Our only complaint was how hot it was in the house.. 75* for sleeping was not fun. There were no instructions on the heat and A/C unit, so we opened the windows to cool it down, but the outside noise was very loud to try to sleep.
