The condo is very nice, multiple beds and cots, good for a group. Area is a little up and coming, but it’s a 5-10 walk to the train and it can get you anywhere

My first impression of this verbo was cautious in that bathroom fixtures, lighting and furniture needed updating. However, after inspecting beds, sheets, towels, the stuff that really matters, the cleanliness was reassuring and made for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy this space and neighborhood, the tiny markets and public transportation. Go for a run and say hi to the turkeys.

Fantastic location that made touring universities and visiting friends a breeze. We relied entirely on walking and public transit—no car needed! The host provides great amenities like extra roll-away beds for flexible sleeping arrangements and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend for families traveling with students.

Overall, we got what we wanted from the value. It was cleanly and the beds were super comfortable. However, the location was not ideal for a group of young women. We did not feel safe at night, but we managed. During the day was fine, and it was a quick walk to the train!

There's just one bedroom with two big beds and a single. A couple of roll-outs were there, too. If privacy is important and you have a lot of people, then prepare yourself for not as much as you'd want. Not a big deal for us (family of four), though.

Place looked like the pictures for the interior and host was very communicative and prompt with responses. However, upon arrival we were warned by two different locals that this area is not generally safe to stay in, especially for young travelers. No internal locks on the doors for the bedroom or bathroom. Location was a 25 minute drive from basically anything and we were told not to be walking in that area at all.

The area around the condo is delightfully walkable. The condo itself is clean, the beds are comfy and there were plenty of supplies for my stay. It was super easy communicating with the host. (One small note to help future guests - would have welcomed a couple of table or floor lamps in the living room for additional lighting.)

We are happy with our stay in this unit. Clean and easy to communicate with the property manager. The only thing is there is no kettle when I needed hot water, I used the microwave to heat water instead. Other than that, everything is good. Accessible to areas we needed to go and the neighborhood is safe.

Great location and comfortable

This was great for our family of 4. We didn’t do much cooking but there would have been adequate tools for that. It was charming. It’s definitely an older property so the ceilings were nice and high. The floors weren’t perfectly flat. One thing I wish they had were more forks.

Great place, okay location

Apartment was perfectly comfortable for my wife and kids. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked and looked nice. Location doesn’t look that great and was awoken one night at 4am to someone screaming at a relative in the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but wasn’t planning on wandering the neighborhood at night. Location is about a 30 minute walk to downtown. We generally took a taxi.
