This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.
Sleep soundly in the welcoming primary bedroom which features a comfy king bed and a lovely bay window with stunning water views.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. This room offers ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A second bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze and sweeping sea views. Partially covered, this outdoor space includes a sofa, firepit, gas grill, and alfresco dining.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.
Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking in front of the unit may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The beach is accessible via a long set of stairs leading from the back of the rental.
This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. All outdoor activities must be moved inside by 10pm.
Shoes are not permitted inside the rental.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
