Escape to the beach! Enjoy this townhome in the exclusive Monterey Dunes Colony. Half-way between Santa Cruz and Monterey (Pacific Grove, Carmel, Pebble Beach), an excellent home base for many activities on the California coast. Enjoy the quaint town of Moss Landing, just five minutes from the house. Our home is easily accessible from Highway 1. It's also within 10 minutes of major retailers like Target and Costco yet it feels light years away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Our internet is ideal for work/school/streaming. Amenities include heated pool (April-October), year-round hot tub, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocci ball courts. Our home has two oceanside decks plus a courtyard patio with a grill. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching for whales in the winter. Rejuvenate yourself with long lazy beach days in the summer. Our hospitality can't be beat. Make use of the washer/dryer, Roku, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, coffee and the like. Enjoy the many games and puzzles while watching the waves. Our home is a split-level floor plan so be prepared for several steps between each level. We have a Ring video doorbell. Finally, absolutely no pets per HOA rules.

The place is clean and wonderful. It is how we imagined the experience was going to be. We can hear the ocean waves from the house, easy access to the beach. The place was well stocked. Everything that we need for our stay was all there. The owner responds fast. 100% we recommend this place.

When we wanted to go out, it was in the middle of Santa Cruz to the north and Carmel and Big Sur to the South

This was our first time staying at Blue Diamond and it absolutely did not disappoint. We have traveled the coast for years but have not stayed at a more peaceful and relaxing home like this one. The large house and short walk to the beach was perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy our summer break. This space is definitely one we will recommend to others and space we would absolutely visit again. Absolutely no complaints about the home and we greatly appreciate your attention to detail to make our stay memorable and comforting.

Beautiful sunsets and long walks on the beach

Our family enjoyed our entire stay. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch and our long walks on the beach. The kitchen is especially well stocked for cooking meals. It was a great place for a reunion for 3 siblings and spouses.

Coastal Bliss

Perfect space with a professional host in an uncrowded area on a beautiful coast. Three couples fit easily, and the sports courts, pool, and hot tub were all ours when we weren’t walking the shore. Really the most relaxing getaway.

Beautiful quiet and isolated

Lovely house. Fabulous location steps from the beach. Had the beach all to ourselves. Location is a little isolated, which we enjoyed, so come prepared to relax and hunker down.

Wonderful place, and that view!

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Diamond, we love staying at Pajaro Dunes or Monterey Dunes when we visit, this was probably the most equipped home we stayed in, everything we needed was there, even things we didn’t, the kitchen was fully equipped and you see the care and attention the owner take with this place in the details. Great Family Escape

House was well appointed with everything you would need for staying in place vacation. The beach was gorgeous and private. The views were spectacular and access to amenities were not too far. Dunes and Ocean experience

We enjoyed our stay at Monterey Dunes. We were three couples, and the unit was ideal for us. Well stocked and enough space to comfortably accommodate the six of us. Great location with great views and access to the dunes and ocean. Recommend a visit to Elkhorn Slough Conservancy.

Great weekend away with friends!

Gorgeous location. As we were so close to the beach, we went for a walk in the morning before returning for brunch. What a treat! Very well equipped kitchen, which made it a pleasure to cook together. And the combination of very comfortable bed and the sound of crashing ocean waves made for a great night of sleep. And Deb was just awesome with quick response to any question we had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful long weekend with family!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Blue Diamond for 3 nights. We found the condo very well appointed with everything we needed, and all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were helpfully labeled. We had a great time at the beach, which is so convenient and also played tennis and used the hot tub at the clubhouse. The condo is remote yet close enough to a few restaurants and stores, and only 20-30 min to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Excellent choice

It was a smooth and easy experience from booking, communications, check-in, check-out, very well organized. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each which was perfect for traveling with other adults. The attention to detail and amenities available were very well done, even with labels on the kitchen cabinets to make it easy to find the exact item. We loved the proximity to the ocean and the ease to step out the door and be on a boardwalk to the beach. It was very quiet and we had the beach to ourselves.

Beautiful home, on the beach!

Very clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, and very well equipped with absolutely everything you need! The living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom have breathtaking views of Monterey Bay. Walk out the back steps and you are on the beach. Thank you for being an attentive caring host and sharing your home with us! We will be back soon.

Scenic, secluded vacation property

Comfortable, well equipped, well managed, 3 level condo right on the dunes overlooking the ocean. Immaculately clean, in a quiet, gated community. Community has nice, medium sized swimming pool and hot tub and 2 very nice tennis courts. We stayed during Easter week and there were just a few families around. Beach was very clean with just a few fisherman in the morning. Saw a lot of bunnies in the dunes and spotted a few dolphins one morning. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable and magical beach home

The location of this home on the Monterey Dunes is absolutely magical. The house was clean, and very well appointed- especially with all of the things in the kitchen. The games and books that are available were also more than expected. There is plenty of gear, beach toys, tennis rackets, beach towels even soap, shampoo,, etc so you really only need to bring yourselves. Direct path to a beautiful private beach and the amenities with pool, tennis court, hot tub were fantastic. Deborah was quick to communicate. We had a wonderful stay with family and would definitely return.
